قال ألكسندر ستوغليف، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة روسكونغرس، إن "عملنا في تنظيم المؤتمرات وتحقيق الأهداف يقوم على ركائز أساسية، أهمها الثقة بين المشاركين، فالسمعة والمصداقية هما حجر الزاوية".
وأضاف ستوغليف " علي هامش المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني لمنتدى الشراكة الروسية - الأفريقية: "من الضروري أن يمتلك القائد فريق عمل داعم وفريق احتياطي جاهز لمساندته في كل قرار. كما يجب تأهيل الشباب للمستقبل وتوفير فرص متساوية لجميع المشاركين، بما في ذلك ذوي الهمم والمعاقين وذوي الدخل المحدود، مع إبراز مهاراتهم ومؤهلاتهم".
وأكد ستوغليف: "لقد اعتمدت مؤسستنا منذ فترة طويلة التحول الرقمي في مجالات مختلفة، مثل التحليل وضمان الأمن وتوفير المعلومات، فضلاً عن استخدام تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي".

وألكسندر ستوغليف هو رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة روسكونغرس، وتخرج من جامعة البلطيق التقنية الحكومية في سانت بطرسبرغ عام 1996. بدأ مسيرته المهنية في تنظيم المؤتمرات والفعاليات، وتدرج سريعًا حتى أصبح مديرًا عامًا لشركة «المعارض–الندوات–الأعمال».

Alexander Stuglev: Developing Leadership and Youth Is a Priority in Global Forums
Alexander Stuglev, Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation, stated that “our work in organizing conferences and achieving objectives is based on fundamental pillars, the most important of which is trust among participants. Reputation and credibility are the cornerstone.”
Stuglev added, on the sidelines of the Second Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, that “it is essential for a leader to have a supportive team and a backup team ready to assist in every decision. Young people must also be prepared for the future, with equal opportunities provided to all participants, including persons with disabilities, people of determination, and those with limited income, highlighting their skills and qualifications.”
He emphasized: “Our Foundation has long adopted digital transformation in various fields, such as analysis, security assurance, and information provision, as well as the use of artificial intelligence technology.”
He added: “Regarding sustainable development and inclusive growth, we ensure the integration of modern technologies in organizing conferences and forums, in cooperation with leading Russian and international companies. For example, at the Russia Islands Conference, the carbon footprint is offset using advanced technology from the company SICOS.”
Alexander Stuglev is the Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation. He graduated from the Baltic State Technical University in Saint Petersburg in 1996. He began his career in conference and event organization, quickly rising to become General Director of the company “Exhibitions–Seminars–Business.”
In 2006, he assumed the chairmanship of Ristok Congress, the main operator of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, contributing to the forum’s relaunch under the supervision of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. In 2007, he was appointed Executive Director of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Foundation and became its Director two years later. In December 2015, the Foundation was renamed “Roscongress.”
Stuglev received the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd class, in addition to letters of appreciation from the President of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, and the Russian government, in recognition of his contributions to organizing major international forums and conferences, such as the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Russia-Africa Economic Forum in Sochi.
