أعلنت المؤسسة السورية للبريد أنه اعتباراً من اليوم (الأحد) 11 يناير الجاري ستبدأ بتقديم خدمة استبدال العملة القديمة بعملة جديدة في المراكز البريدية المعتمدة بمختلف المحافظات.
وقال مدير عام المؤسسة عماد الدين حمد: «إن المؤسسة السورية للبريد أنهت جميع الاستعدادات اللازمة لضمان حسن سير العمل وتقديم الخدمة بسهولة ويسر للمواطنين، عبر شبكة واسعة من المراكز البريدية».
وأضاف: «المراكز المعتمدة لتقديم الخدمة في محافظة دمشق هي: الصالة المركزية في الحجاز، باب مصلى القصاع، المهاجرين، التضامن، الجلاء، الجامعة، وفي محافظة ريف دمشق هي: الصالة الرئيسية، ضاحية الشام، جرمانا، الكسوة، قطنا، السيدة زينب، يبرود، دوما».
توسيع نطاق الخدمة
وأشار مدير عام المؤسسة السورية للبريد إلى أنه سيتم الإعلان عن مكاتب جديدة خلال الفترة القادمة بهدف توسيع نطاق الخدمة، وتخفيف الأعباء عن المواطنين.
وفي وقت سابق، أصدر حاكم مصرف سورية المركزي عبدالقادر الحصرية القرار رقم 706، المتضمن الجهات المعتمدة لتنفيذ عملية استبدال العملة السورية.
وتضمن القرار اعتماد الجهات لتنفيذ عملية استبدال العملة السورية من خلال المؤسسات المالية المرخصة والخاضعة لرقابة مصرف سورية المركزي، والمصارف العاملة في سورية، وشركات الصرافة والحوالات الداخلية بكل فروعها.
The Syrian Postal Corporation announced that starting today (Sunday), January 11, it will begin providing the service of exchanging old currency for new currency at approved postal centers in various governorates.
General Director of the corporation, Imad al-Din Hamad, stated: "The Syrian Postal Corporation has completed all necessary preparations to ensure the smooth operation of work and to provide the service easily and conveniently for citizens, through a wide network of postal centers."
He added: "The approved centers for providing the service in the Damascus Governorate are: the central hall in Hijaz, Bab Musalla in Qassaa, Al-Muhajireen, Al-Tadamon, Al-Jalaa, Al-Jamia, and in the Rural Damascus Governorate are: the main hall, Dahiyat Al-Sham, Jaramana, Al-Kiswa, Qatana, Sayyida Zainab, Yabroud, and Douma."
Expanding the Scope of Service
The General Director of the Syrian Postal Corporation indicated that new offices will be announced in the coming period with the aim of expanding the scope of service and alleviating the burdens on citizens.
Earlier, the Governor of the Central Bank of Syria, Abdul Qadir Al-Hosari, issued decision number 706, which includes the approved entities for carrying out the process of exchanging the Syrian currency.
The decision included the approval of entities to carry out the exchange of the Syrian currency through licensed financial institutions that are subject to the supervision of the Central Bank of Syria, banks operating in Syria, and money exchange and remittance companies in all their branches.
