The first phase includes essential technical and organizational requirements, the most notable of which is the periodic inspection of transporters and the application of visual identity in preparation for moving to the second phase. The authority has identified 7 violations, including the absence of a license to provide non-network water services, the expiration of the license, non-compliance with the conditions and specifications outlined in the license, violations related to safety and prevention measures and emergency plans, and violations of health or procedural instructions by workers. It also includes violations of the trailer structure and the trailer's compliance with technical requirements and instructions.
