استنفرت مديرية الأمن العام في الأردن أجهزتها اليوم (الخميس)، عقب حادثة سطو مسلح وُصفت بالجريئة، استهدفت فرع أحد البنوك في محافظة المفرق، ووقعت خلال ساعات الصباح الأولى، في مشهد أربك الموظفين وأثار قلق الشارع المحلي.

ووفق المعلومات الأولية، اقتحم شخصان ملثمان مبنى البنك وهما يحملان سلاحًا ناريًا، ونجحا تحت التهديد في الاستيلاء على حقيبة أموال تُقدّر بنحو خمسة عشر ألف دينار، قبل أن يفرّا من المكان بسرعة لافتة.

وكشفت المعطيات أن الخطة لم تكن فردية، إذ كان شخص ثالث ينتظر خارج البنك داخل مركبة، لتأمين عملية الهروب فور تنفيذ السطو، ما يشير إلى تنسيق مسبق ودقيق بين المتورطين.

وأكدت مديرية الأمن العام الأردنية أن التحقيقات جارية على مدار الساعة لكشف ملابسات الحادثة، وتحديد هوية المنفذين، وضبطهم في أقرب وقت، مشددة على أن التفاصيل الكاملة ستُعلن فور الانتهاء من الإجراءات القانونية.

وفي بيان مقتضب، أوضحت المديرية أن الحادثة نُفذت دون تسجيل أي إصابات بشرية، مؤكدة التعامل الجاد والحازم معها، واتخاذ جميع التدابير الأمنية اللازمة.

وأشعلت الواقعة موجة تفاعل واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث عبّر مواطنون عن دهشتهم من جرأة المنفذين، مطالبين بتعزيز الإجراءات الأمنية حول فروع البنوك.

في المقابل، أبدى آخرون ثقتهم الكبيرة بسرعة تحرك الأجهزة الأمنية، مؤكدين أن مثل هذه الحادثة تبقى فردية ولا تعكس مستوى الاستقرار الأمني الذي تشهده الأردن.

The General Security Directorate in Jordan mobilized its forces today (Thursday) following a bold armed robbery incident that targeted a branch of a bank in the Mafraq Governorate, which occurred during the early morning hours, in a scene that unsettled employees and raised concerns in the local community.

According to initial information, two masked individuals stormed the bank building while carrying a firearm, and successfully seized a bag of money estimated at around fifteen thousand dinars under threat, before fleeing the scene at a remarkable speed.

Data revealed that the plan was not individual, as a third person was waiting outside the bank in a vehicle to secure the escape immediately after the robbery was executed, indicating prior and precise coordination among the involved parties.

The Jordanian General Security Directorate confirmed that investigations are ongoing around the clock to uncover the circumstances of the incident, identify the perpetrators, and apprehend them as soon as possible, emphasizing that full details will be announced once the legal procedures are completed.

In a brief statement, the directorate clarified that the incident was carried out without any recorded injuries, affirming a serious and firm response to it and the implementation of all necessary security measures.

The incident sparked a wide wave of reactions on social media, where citizens expressed their astonishment at the audacity of the perpetrators, calling for enhanced security measures around bank branches.
