تصدّرت المملكة قائمة أكبر المانحين لمكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي الإقليمي للدول العربية (RBAS) لعام 2025، بعدما قدّمت تمويلًا بلغ 93 مليون دولار، لتحتل المركز الأول بفارق واضح عن بقية الدول والجهات المانحة.

وأظهر مخطط رسمي صادر عن برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أن السعودية جاءت في المرتبة الأولى متقدمة على ألمانيا التي حلّت ثانيةً بإجمالي 77 مليون دولار، ثم البنك الدولي في المركز الثالث بـ70 مليون دولار، يليه الاتحاد الأوروبي بـ63 مليون دولار، والنرويج خامسةً بـ51 مليون دولار.

وسجّلت مصر حضورًا عربيًا لافتًا بحلولها في المركز السادس عالميًا بقيمة مساهمات بلغت 31 مليون دولار، متقدمة على عدد من الجهات والمؤسسات الدولية، فيما جاءت المغرب في المرتبة التاسعة بـ22 مليون دولار، والسودان في المركز التاسع عشر بـ8 ملايين دولار، والكويت في المرتبة الـ20 بـ7 ملايين دولار.

وضمت قائمة أكبر 20 مانحًا أيضًا كلًا من:
السويد (21 مليون دولار)، هولندا (20 مليون دولار)، اليابان (15 مليون دولار)، نافذة التمويل التابعة للأمم المتحدة (15 مليون دولار)، كندا (15 مليون دولار)، الدنمارك (14 مليون دولار)، الصندوق العالمي لمكافحة الإيدز والسل والملاريا GFATM (14 مليون دولار)، وكالات الأمم المتحدة (13 مليون دولار)، وإسبانيا (10 ملايين دولار).
