كشف رصد أجرته «عكاظ» أن أسعار الذهب سجلت تذبذباً حاداً أمس (الخميس)، ما أدى إلى خسائر كبيرة للمستثمرين خلال ساعات قليلة، بعد موجة صعود قوية شهدها المعدن الأصفر في الأيام السابقة.
ففي الساعة 6:24 صباحاً بلغ سعر أوقية الذهب 5,595.4 دولار، ما يعادل 674,581 ريالاً لقيمة كيلوغرام واحد من الذهب.
وبحلول الساعة 15:38 من اليوم نفسه تراجع السعر إلى 5,104.3 دولار للأوقية، لتنخفض قيمة الكيلو إلى 615,408 ريالات.
وبذلك يكون من اشترى كيلو ذهب في الصباح قد تكبّد خسارة بقيمة 59,173 ريالاً، أي نحو 8.77% من قيمة استثماره، خلال 9 ساعات و14 دقيقة فقط.
وتبرز هذه التقلبات أهمية متابعة أسعار الذهب عن قرب، وإدارة المخاطر، خصوصاً بالنسبة للمتعاملين قصيري الأجل.
وكان الذهب قد واصل طلوعه 8 جلسات متتالية، كسب خلالها نحو 1000 دولار للأوقية، قبل أن يتذبذب بشكل حاد أمس، ما يوضح حساسية السوق تجاه التغيرات اللحظية في الأسعار.

At 6:24 AM, the price of an ounce of gold reached $5,595.4, equivalent to 674,581 riyals for one kilogram of gold.
By 3:38 PM the same day, the price had dropped to $5,104.3 per ounce, reducing the value of the kilogram to 615,408 riyals.
Thus, anyone who bought a kilogram of gold in the morning incurred a loss of 59,173 riyals, which is about 8.77% of their investment value, within just 9 hours and 14 minutes.
