بعد نحو عامين من الإغلاق، أعلنت إسرائيل، اليوم(الأحد)، فتح معبر رفح بشكل محدود لعبور سكان قطاع غزة. وأفاد إعلام إسرائيلي بأنه قد تم فتح المعبر بحضور ممثلي الاتحاد الأوروبي ومصر. وقالت وحدة تنسيق أعمال الحكومة الإسرائيلية في الأراضي الفلسطينية (كوغات) "وفقاً لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتوجيهات المستوى السياسي، فتح معبر رفح بشكل يسمح لمرور محدود للسكان فقط". وأضافت : بدأت اليوم مرحلة تجريبية أولية نُفّذت بالتنسيق مع بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي للمساعدة الحدودية EUBAM، ومصر وجميع الجهات المعنية ذات الصلة". ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية عن ثلاثة مصادر أن معبر رفح يفتح، الأحد، بشكل محدود لنقل الجرحى، على أن يُفتح بشكل منتظم أمام حركة المسافرين اعتباراً من يوم غد الاثنين، بمعدل خروج 150 شخصاً من قطاع غزة، ودخول 50 شخصاً يومياً. وقبل افتتاح معبر رفح، دعت مصر عبر وزارة الخارجية كل الأطراف في غزة إلى اعتماد "أقصى درجات ضبط النفس". ودانت مصر بأشد العبارات الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية المتكررة لوقف إطلاق النار في غزة، محذرة من أنها تقوض الجهود الرامية إلى تثبيت التهدئة واستعادة الاستقرار، وتمثل تهديداً مباشراً للمسار السياسي، وإنجاح المرحلة الثانية من خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب. من جهتها، طالبت حركة حماس من الوسطاء وقف الخروقات الإسرائيلية لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة. ودانت الحركة خلال اتصالات مكثفة مع الوسطاء وجهات دولية، استمرار الغارات الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة، التي قالت إنها تتم "بذرائع وأكاذيب باطلة"، بحسب تعبيرها. ومعبر رفح مع مصر هو المنفذ البري الوحيد لقطاع غزة من دون المرور عبر إسرائيل، لكنه ظل مغلقاً منذ سيطرة القوات الإسرائيلية عليه في مايو (أيار) 2024. وهي أعادت فتحه جزئياً لفترة وجيزة مطلع عام 2025. وبعد سريان الهدنة، اشترطت إسرائيل لإعادة فتح المعبر استعادة كل الرهائن في غزة، وهو ما تم مطلع الأسبوع مع إعادة جثة آخر رهينة. وأعلنت واشنطن الانتقال إلى المرحلة الثانية من الاتفاق الذي توسطت فيه مع مصر وقطر. ويقع المعبر على الحدود الجنوبية لغزة مع مصر، ضمن الأراضي التي لم تنسحب منها إسرائيل بعد وقف إطلاق النار، أي أكثر من نصف مساحة القطاع. وتنص المرحلة الثانية من الاتفاق على إعادة فتح المعبر، وهو ما تطالب الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإغاثية بتنفيذه بدون عوائق للسماح بدخول المساعدات في ظل كارثة إنسانية مستفحلة يعيشها أكثر من مليوني نسمة في غزة. After nearly two years of closure, Israel announced today (Sunday) the limited opening of the Rafah crossing for the passage of residents of the Gaza Strip. Israeli media reported that the crossing was opened in the presence of representatives from the European Union and Egypt. The Israeli Coordination Unit for Government Activities in the Palestinian Territories (COGAT) stated, "In accordance with the ceasefire agreement and directives from the political level, the Rafah crossing has been opened to allow limited passage for residents only." It added: "Today marks the beginning of an initial trial phase implemented in coordination with the European Union Border Assistance Mission (EUBAM), Egypt, and all relevant parties." French news agency AFP reported from three sources that the Rafah crossing is opening on Sunday in a limited manner to transfer the wounded, and will be regularly opened for passenger movement starting tomorrow, Monday, with an exit of 150 people from the Gaza Strip and an entry of 50 people daily. Before the opening of the Rafah crossing, Egypt, through its Foreign Ministry, called on all parties in Gaza to exercise "maximum restraint." Egypt strongly condemned the repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire in Gaza, warning that they undermine efforts to stabilize the truce and restore stability, and represent a direct threat to the political process and the success of the second phase of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan. For its part, Hamas demanded that mediators stop the Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. The movement condemned, during intensive communications with mediators and international parties, the ongoing Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, which it stated are carried out "under false pretexts and lies," according to its expression. The Rafah crossing with Egypt is the only land outlet for the Gaza Strip without passing through Israel, but it has remained closed since Israeli forces took control of it in May 2024. It was partially reopened briefly in early 2025. After the ceasefire came into effect, Israel conditioned the reopening of the crossing on the recovery of all hostages in Gaza, which was achieved at the beginning of the week with the return of the last hostage's body. Washington announced the transition to the second phase of the agreement mediated with Egypt and Qatar. The crossing is located on Gaza's southern border with Egypt, within the territory from which Israel has not withdrawn since the ceasefire, covering more than half of the area of the Strip. The second phase of the agreement stipulates the reopening of the crossing, which the United Nations and humanitarian organizations are demanding be implemented without obstacles to allow aid to enter amid a worsening humanitarian disaster affecting more than two million people in Gaza.
