أدانت الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة شبوة اليمنية ما أقدمت عليه عناصر مسلحة مندسة من استهداف لرجال الأمن، خلال محاولتها اقتحام ديوان المحافظة، اليوم(الأربعاء). وحمّلت الأجهزة الأمنية المسؤولية عمّا جرى لمن وصفتهم بـ«مخالفي النظام والقانون». وأكدت الأجهزة الأمنية في بيان ضرورة الامتناع عن جر المحافظة إلى مربع الفوضى، ورفض الانسياق وراء الدعوات التحريضية. وشددت على أنها لن تسمح بأي أعمال من شأنها الإخلال بالأمن أو زعزعة الاستقرار. وكانت اللجنة الأمنية بمحافظة شبوة، شددت أمس (الثلاثاء)، على أنها لن تسمح بتنفيذ أي فعاليات أو أنشطة غير مرخصة أو لا تتم ضمن الأطر القانونية، ردا على دعوات من أنصار المجلس الانتقالي المنحل للتظاهر. وأضافت اللجنة في بيان، أنها تحترم الحريات العامة وحق التعبير السلمي، لكنها تؤكد أن ممارسة هذه الحقوق يجب أن تكون متوازنة مع الحفاظ على الأمن العام والسلم الاجتماعي. وحذرت اللجنة من أي محاولات لتكدير السلم الاجتماعي أو زعزعة الأمن والاستقرار، مؤكدةً أن أي أنشطة لا يتم التنسيق بشأنها مسبقاً مع الجهات المختصة لن يُسمح بها بأي حال من الأحوال. The security forces in the Yemeni province of Shabwa condemned the actions of infiltrating armed elements who targeted security personnel during their attempt to storm the governor's office today (Wednesday). The security forces held those they described as "violators of the system and law" responsible for what occurred. They emphasized in a statement the necessity of refraining from dragging the province into a state of chaos and rejecting the calls for incitement. They stressed that they would not allow any actions that could disrupt security or undermine stability. Yesterday (Tuesday), the security committee in Shabwa emphasized that it would not permit the execution of any unauthorized activities or events that do not occur within legal frameworks, in response to calls from supporters of the dissolved Transitional Council to demonstrate. The committee added in a statement that it respects public freedoms and the right to peaceful expression, but it affirms that the exercise of these rights must be balanced with the maintenance of public security and social peace. It warned against any attempts to disturb social peace or undermine security and stability, asserting that any activities not coordinated in advance with the relevant authorities would not be allowed under any circumstances.
