توقّع مصدر يمني مسؤول لـ«عكاظ» أن تعقد حكومة الكفاءات برئاسة الدكتور شائع الزنداني أول اجتماع لها في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن (الأربعاء). وأفاد المصدر بأن «غالبية الوزراء وصلوا عدن»، موضحاً أن وزراء الوزارات الخدمية، التي كلفها رئيس الوزراء بسرعة العودة إلى مكاتبهم ومزاولة أعمالهم قد باشروا مهماتهم (الأحد). وذكر المصدر أن توجيهات رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الدكتور رشاد العليمي ورئيس الحكومة، تشدد على العمل من داخل العاصمة المؤقتة عدن، والتواصل المباشر مع المواطن، مبيناً ان الحكومة ستظل على الأرض، وسيكون هناك تحركات ومشاريع تنموية سيتم افتتاحها في الأيام القادمة. وأشار المصدر إلى أن العلاقات الخارجية مسؤولية رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي ورئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، أما بقية الوزراء فإن عملهم سيكون ميدانياً بحتاً. ووصل، أمس الأول، نائب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الفريق الركن محمود الصبحي إلى عدن برفقة عدد من الوزراء، بينهم وزيرة الشؤون القانونية إشراق المقطري، ووزير الخدمة المدنية والتأمينات سالم العولقي، ووزير الصحة والسكان قاسم محمد بحيبح، ووزير الأشغال العامة والطرق المهندس حسين العقربي، ووزير الكهرباء عدنان الكاف وآخرون بينهم وزراء دولة. وكان الزنداني خلال لقائه في الرياض مع السفير الألماني لدى اليمن توماس شنايدر،قد أعرب عن تطلعه إلى انتقال الدعم من مرحلة إدارة الأزمة إلى إنهاء أسبابها، عبر دعم استكمال استعادة الدولة، وإنهاء الانقلاب الحوثي المدعوم إيرانياً، واتخاذ إجراءات أكثر حزماً تجاه الممارسات التي تقوض فرص السلام. وبحث الجانبان مستجدات الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية، وأولويات الحكومة الجديدة، وتعزيز الدعم الدولي لجهود الاستقرار والسلام. وذكرت وكالة الأنباء اليمنية الرسمية، أن الزنداني استعرض ملامح البرنامج العاجل للحكومة حتى نهاية العام الحالي، الذي يركز على تثبيت الاستقرار الاقتصادي، وتحسين الخدمات الأساسية، وتفعيل مؤسسات الدولة في المحافظات المحررة، وإطلاق إصلاحات حقيقية في الجوانب المالية والإدارية والرقابية، بما يعزز الثقة المحلية والدولية بأداء الحكومة. ونوه رئيس الحكومة اليمينة بالدور المحوري للمملكة العربية السعودية في دعم اليمن سياسياً واقتصادياً وتنموياً، ومواقفها الثابتة إلى جانب الشعب اليمني وقيادته الشرعية، ودعمها السخي للبرامج الإنسانية والتنموية وجهود تحقيق السلام. وأكد أهمية استمرار وتعزيز الدعم الألماني خلال المرحلة القادمة، بما يواكب توجهات الحكومة اليمنية الجديدة وجهودها في تحسين الخدمات وتحقيق الاستقرار وتخفيف معاناة الشعب اليمني. The source mentioned that the directives of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and the Prime Minister emphasize working from within the temporary capital, Aden, and direct communication with citizens, noting that the government will remain on the ground, and there will be movements and developmental projects to be inaugurated in the coming days. The source pointed out that foreign relations are the responsibility of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council and the Prime Minister, who is also the Minister of Foreign Affairs, while the other ministers will focus solely on fieldwork. On the day before yesterday, the Deputy President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Lieutenant General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi, arrived in Aden accompanied by several ministers, including the Minister of Legal Affairs, Ishraq Al-Maqtari, the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Salem Al-Awlaki, the Minister of Health and Population, Qasim Muhammad Baheeb, the Minister of Public Works and Roads, Engineer Hussein Al-Aqrabi, the Minister of Electricity, Adnan Al-Kaf, and others, including state ministers. During his meeting in Riyadh with the German ambassador to Yemen, Thomas Schneider, Al-Zandani expressed his hope for the transition of support from crisis management to ending its causes, through supporting the completion of the restoration of the state, ending the Iran-backed Houthi coup, and taking more decisive measures against practices that undermine peace opportunities. The two sides discussed the latest developments in the political and economic situation, the priorities of the new government, and enhancing international support for stability and peace efforts. The official Yemeni news agency reported that Al-Zandani reviewed the outlines of the government's urgent program until the end of the current year, which focuses on stabilizing the economic situation, improving basic services, activating state institutions in the liberated provinces, and launching real reforms in financial, administrative, and regulatory aspects, which would enhance local and international confidence in the government's performance. The Yemeni Prime Minister highlighted the pivotal role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting Yemen politically, economically, and developmentally, its steadfast positions alongside the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership, and its generous support for humanitarian and developmental programs and efforts to achieve peace.
