أعلنت 80 دولة ومنظمة، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، معارضتها القاطعة لأي شكل من أشكال الضم الإسرائيلي للأراضي الفلسطينية، معربة عن إدانتها القرارات والإجراءات الإسرائيلية الأحادية الجانب الرامية إلى توسيع الوجود غير القانوني للاحتلال في الضفة الغربية.

وأوضحت الدول الـ80 في بيان تلاه المندوب الدائم لدولة فلسطين رياض منصور خلال مؤتمر صحفي بنيويورك، أن هذه القرارات تتعارض مع التزامات إسرائيل بموجب القانون الدولي ويجب التراجع عنها فوراً، مجددة رفضها جميع الإجراءات الهادفة إلى تغيير التركيبة الديموغرافية، والطابع، والوضع القانوني للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ 1967، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.

وقال البيان إن مثل هذه الإجراءات تشكل انتهاكاً للقانون الدولي، وتقوض الجهود الجارية لتحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة، وتتعارض مع الخطة الشاملة، وتهدد فرص التوصل إلى اتفاق سلام ينهي الصراع.

وجددت الدول في بيانها التأكيد على التزامها بـ«إعلان نيويورك»، باتخاذ تدابير ملموسة وفقاً للقانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، والرأي الاستشاري الصادر عن محكمة العدل الدولية بتاريخ 19 يوليو 2024، للمساعدة في تحقيق حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره، مؤكدة ضرورة التصدي لسياسة الاستيطان غير القانونية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، وكذلك السياسات والتهديدات بالتهجير القسري والضم.

وشددت الدول والمنظمات على تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم على أساس قرارات الأمم المتحدة ومرجعيات مدريد، بما في ذلك مبدأ الأرض مقابل السلام ومبادرة السلام العربية، وإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي بدأ عام 1967، وتنفيذ حل الدولتين، الذي يظل المسار الوحيد الكفيل بضمان الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة، مبينة أن رؤية الحل تقوم على وجود دولتين ديمقراطيتين؛ فلسطين المستقلة ذات السيادة وإسرائيل، تعيشان جنباً إلى جنب في سلام وأمن ضمن حدود آمنة ومعترف بها على أساس خطوط عام 1967، بما في ذلك ما يتعلق بالقدس.

Today (Tuesday), 80 countries and organizations announced their firm opposition to any form of Israeli annexation of Palestinian territories, expressing their condemnation of unilateral Israeli decisions and actions aimed at expanding the illegal presence of occupation in the West Bank.

The 80 countries clarified in a statement read by the Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine, Riyad Mansour, during a press conference in New York, that these decisions contradict Israel's obligations under international law and must be reversed immediately. They reiterated their rejection of all measures aimed at changing the demographic composition, character, and legal status of the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem.

The statement indicated that such actions constitute a violation of international law, undermine ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region, contradict the comprehensive plan, and threaten the chances of reaching a peace agreement that ends the conflict.

The countries reaffirmed in their statement their commitment to the "New York Declaration," to take concrete measures in accordance with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, as well as the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice on July 19, 2024, to assist in realizing the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination. They emphasized the necessity of addressing the illegal settlement policy in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem, as well as the policies and threats of forced displacement and annexation.

The countries and organizations stressed the need to achieve a just and lasting peace based on United Nations resolutions and the Madrid references, including the principle of land for peace and the Arab Peace Initiative, ending the Israeli occupation that began in 1967, and implementing the two-state solution, which remains the only path capable of ensuring security and stability in the region. They indicated that the vision for the solution is based on the existence of two democratic states; an independent sovereign Palestine and Israel, living side by side in peace and security within recognized and secure borders based on the 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem.
