أمرّت النيابة العامة المصرية بحبس صاحب وحدة سكنية احتياطيًا، بعد اتهامه بالتعدي على رجل أمن أثناء أداء مهماته في أحد المجمعات السكنية. وأسفرت الواقعة عن إصابة رجل الأمن بسحجات وكدمات في الرأس والكتف، وإتلاف جهاز الاتصال اللاسلكي الخاص به. وبحسب التحقيقات، اعترف المتهم بارتكاب الواقعة نتيجة خلافات سابقة مع المجني عليه، فيما أكدت أقوال الشهود وعدد من زملاء رجل الأمن صحة الواقعة. وأسندت النيابة للجاني تهم استعراض القوة والضرب وإتلاف ممتلكات عامة، وأمرت بحصر التلفيات وإجراء معاينة للواقعة. وتستمر التحقيقات مع المتهم، بينما يُنتظر التقرير الطبي النهائي لتحديد حجم الإصابات، وسط متابعة دقيقة من الجهات القضائية لضمان سرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية. The Egyptian Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of a residential unit owner pending investigation, after he was accused of assaulting a security officer while performing his duties in one of the residential complexes. The incident resulted in the security officer sustaining abrasions and bruises to the head and shoulder, as well as damage to his wireless communication device. According to the investigations, the accused admitted to committing the act due to previous disputes with the victim, while the statements of witnesses and several colleagues of the security officer confirmed the validity of the incident. The prosecution charged the perpetrator with exhibiting force, assault, and damaging public property, and ordered an assessment of the damages and an inspection of the incident. Investigations with the accused are ongoing, while the final medical report is awaited to determine the extent of the injuries, amid close monitoring by judicial authorities to ensure the swift implementation of legal procedures.
