سجلت تحويلات المصريين العاملين بالخارج خلال عام 2025 تدفقات قياسية تعد الأعلى على الإطلاق، إذ ارتفعت بمعدل 40.5% لتصل إلى نحو 41.5 مليار دولار مقابل نحو 29.6 مليار دولار خلال العام السابق 2024. وتمثل تحويلات المصريين العاملين بالخارج أحد أهم مصادر النقد الأجنبي لمصر، بجانب إيرادات قناة السويس، والسياحة وعوائد الصادرات. وبحسب بيان رسمي صادر عن البنك المركزي المصري، ارتفعت التحويلات خلال النصف الأول من السنة المالية 2025 / 2026 (الفترة يوليو / ديسمبر 2025) بمعدل 29.6% لتصل إلى نحو 22.1 مليار دولار مقابل نحو 17.1 مليار دولار خلال الفترة يوليو / ديسمبر2024. وعلى المستوى الشهري، ارتفعت التحويلات خلال شهر ديسمبر 2025 بمعدل 24.0% لتسجل نحو 4.0 مليار دولار وهو أعلى مستوى شهري تاريخياً مقابل نحو 3.2 مليار دولار خلال شهر ديسمبر 2024. The remittances of Egyptians working abroad in 2025 recorded unprecedented flows, the highest ever, increasing by 40.5% to reach approximately $41.5 billion compared to about $29.6 billion in the previous year, 2024. The remittances of Egyptians working abroad represent one of the most important sources of foreign currency for Egypt, alongside revenues from the Suez Canal, tourism, and export earnings. According to an official statement issued by the Central Bank of Egypt, remittances during the first half of the fiscal year 2025/2026 (the period from July to December 2025) increased by 29.6% to reach approximately $22.1 billion compared to about $17.1 billion during the period from July to December 2024. On a monthly basis, remittances in December 2025 increased by 24.0% to record approximately $4.0 billion, the highest monthly level in history, compared to about $3.2 billion in December 2024.
