ضبطت أمانة جدة أكثر من (600) قطعة ملابس رياضية تحمل شعارات أندية وعلامات تجارية عالمية مقلدة، ونحو (2,475) ملصقًا لشعارات أندية مختلفة كانت معدّة للاستخدام في عمليات الطباعة إلى جانب (2,180) قطعة ملابس خام غير مطبوعة. وكانت الأمانة نظمت حملة ميدانية أسفرت عن ضبط أكثر من (5,255) قطعة وملصقا في موقع عشوائي جنوبي المحافظة جرى استغلاله في طباعة وتجهيز ملابس تحمل شعارات أندية وعلامات تجارية مقلدة. وأوضح مدير معالجة الظواهر السلبية ياسر بخش، أن الفرق الميدانية رصدت الموقع المخالف وباشرت التعامل معه فورًا، وتبيّن احتواؤه على مرافق مخصصة لسكن العمالة وأخرى للتصنيع والتخزين، إضافة إلى تجهيزات تشغيل متكاملة شملت ماكينات طباعة ليزر وحرارية، وماكينة خياطة وتطريز صناعية وأجهزة حاسب آلي تُستخدم في تجهيز وطباعة المنتجات المقلدة. وأضاف أن الملابس الخام سُلمت للجمعية الخيرية للاستفادة منها وفق الإجراءات المتبعة، فيما أُحيلت بقية المضبوطات إلى لجنة الجرد ببلدية الجنوب الفرعية تمهيدًا لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية وإتلافها حسب الأنظمة والإجراءات المتبعة. The Jeddah Municipality seized more than (600) pieces of sportswear bearing logos of clubs and counterfeit global brands, and about (2,475) stickers of various club logos that were prepared for use in printing, along with (2,180) unprinted raw clothing items. The municipality organized a field campaign that resulted in the seizure of more than (5,255) pieces and stickers at a random site in the southern part of the governorate, which was exploited for printing and preparing clothing bearing counterfeit club logos and brand names. Yasser Baksh, the Director of Negative Phenomena Management, explained that the field teams monitored the violating site and immediately began to address it. It was found to contain facilities designated for housing workers and others for manufacturing and storage, in addition to complete operational setups that included laser and thermal printing machines, an industrial sewing and embroidery machine, and computers used for preparing and printing counterfeit products. He added that the raw clothing was handed over to a charitable organization for utilization according to the established procedures, while the remaining seized items were referred to the inventory committee at the Southern Municipality in preparation for completing the legal procedures and destroying them according to the applicable laws and regulations.
