أعلنت شركة مصر للطيران، اليوم (السبت)، تعليق جميع رحلاتها الجوية المتجهة من مطار القاهرة الدولي إلى عدد من المدن الرئيسية في دول الخليج العربي وبعض دول المشرق، «لحين إشعار آخر»، في أعقاب التطورات الأمنية المتسارعة والتوترات الإقليمية التي أدت إلى إغلاق بعض الدول المجاورة لمجالاتها الجوية. وأوضح البيان الإعلامي الرسمي للشركة (رقم 2) أن الرحلات المعلقة تشمل الوجهات التالية؛ الكويت، دبي، الدوحة، البحرين، أبوظبي، الشارقة، القصيم، الدمام، أربيل، بغداد، عمّان، بيروت، مسقط. وأكدت الشركة أن القرار يأتي استمرارًا لمتابعة التطورات المتلاحقة في المنطقة، مشيرة إلى أن الطيار أحمد عادل - رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب التنفيذي للشركة القابضة لمصر للطيران - يتابع المستجدات بشكل مباشر من داخل غرفة الأزمات بمركز العمليات المتكامل (IOCC)، وبالتنسيق الكامل مع الجهات المعنية بمطار القاهرة الدولي والمحطات الخارجية. وشدد البيان على حرص مصر للطيران الكامل على سلامة الركاب والطواقم، مع التأكيد على موافاة العملاء بأي مستجدات فور صدورها عبر القنوات الرسمية. ودعت الشركة المسافرين المتأثرين إلى متابعة حالة حجوزاتهم عبر مركز خدمة العملاء أو الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي، مع توقع إمكانية إعادة جدولة أو تعويض الرحلات المعلقة وفق السياسات المعمول بها. يأتي هذا الإعلان وسط اضطراب واسع في حركة الطيران الإقليمية، حيث أغلقت عدة دول مجالاتها الجوية جزئيًا أو كليًا كإجراء احترازي، مما أثر على مسارات الطيران وجداول الرحلات في الشرق الأوسط بأكمله. The official media statement from the company (number 2) clarified that the suspended flights include the following destinations: Kuwait, Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Qassim, Dammam, Erbil, Baghdad, Amman, Beirut, Muscat. The company confirmed that the decision comes as part of its ongoing monitoring of the fast-paced developments in the region, noting that Captain Ahmed Adel - Chairman and Managing Director of EgyptAir Holding Company - is directly following the updates from within the crisis room at the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC), in full coordination with the relevant authorities at Cairo International Airport and the external stations. The statement emphasized EgyptAir's complete commitment to the safety of passengers and crews, while assuring customers that they will be informed of any updates as soon as they are issued through official channels. The company urged affected travelers to check the status of their bookings through the customer service center or the official website, anticipating the possibility of rescheduling or compensating for the suspended flights according to the applicable policies.
