أوضح رئيس مجلس الوزراء اليمني الدكتور شائع الزنداني أن أولويات حكومته تتركز في معالجة التحديات الخدمية والاقتصادية وفي مقدمتها استقرار العملة، وتحسين خدمات الكهرباء والمياه، وصرف المرتبات بانتظام، مؤكدًا على المكانة الخاصة التي تحتلها عدن في برنامج الحكومة، باعتبارها رمزا للدولة والاختبار الحقيقي لقدرتها على النجاح، والحرص على تحويلها إلى نموذج في الأمن والخدمات والانضباط المؤسسي، بحيث تبعث رسالة أمل لبقية المحافظات، في نجاح مشروع الدولة، وأن أي فوضى في عدن تمس صورة الوطن بشكل عام.
عدالة القضية الجنوبية
وجدد رئيس الوزراء اليمني خلال لقاء مع عدد من الصحفيين والإعلاميين في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن التأكيد على أن القضية الجنوبية قضية عادلة وجوهرية في معادلة الاستقرار الوطني، وأن الانتصار لها يكون بالحوار المسؤول والعمل السياسي الجاد، وليس بالمزايدات أو توظيفها لتحقيق مكاسب آنية، مثمناً الجهود المبذولة لعقد الحوار الجنوبي – الجنوبي برعاية المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة، ومؤكداً أن التوافق هو الطريق الآمن لمعالجة جذور المشكلة بأبعادها التاريخية والسياسية والإجتماعية. ومشدداً على أن مسؤولية تثبيت الأمن ليست مهمة الأجهزة وحدها، بل مسؤولية الجميع، سلطةً ومجتمعاً وإعلاماً ونخباً سياسية، حيث تقع على عاتق الجميع مسؤولية حماية المدن من الفوضى، وترسيخ ثقافة القانون، لأن الاستقرار هو الأرضية التي تُبنى عليها التنمية وجذب الاستثمارات.
مكافحة الفساد
وأكد أن مكافحة الفساد نهج وأولوية قصوى لحكومته وسوف تعمل على تعزيز وإصلاح الأجهزة الرقابية ومنظومة مكافحة الفساد، والمضي في إصلاحات إدارية ومالية تضمن الشفافية والمساءلة، لأن الفساد يقوّض الثقة ويبدد الموارد ويضعف هيبة الدولة، كاشفاً عن توجه الحكومة لإنشاء محاكم مستعجلة لقضايا الفساد، وتشجيع الإبلاغ عن الفاسدين وحماية المبلغين، إضافةً إلى أولويات إصلاح التعليم، والاهتمام بالاقتصاد الإنتاجي، وتعزيز الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، وتفعيل سلطة القانون.
شراكة حكومية مع الصحافة
وقال رئيس الوزراء إن العلاقة بين الحكومة والإعلام ليست علاقة ظرفية، بل شراكة أصيلة في معركة الوعي وبناء الدولة، متعهدًا أمام الصحفيين خلال الأمسية الرمضانية على التزام الحكومة ببناء جسور علاقة وشراكة مع الصحافة والإعلام قائمة على الثقة والاحترام المتبادل، والحق في الوصول إلى المعلومة، وعلى النقد المسؤول الذي يُصلح ولا يهدم،
مضيفا بأن الصحفيين والإعلاميين ليسوا خارج معادلة الدولة والحكومة، بل جزء من منظومة الرقابة المجتمعية وتعزيز الشفافية، وشركاء في حماية السلم الاجتماعي وتحصين الجبهة الداخلية.
قنوات تواصل مفتوحة مع الإعلام
وجدد في ختام الأمسية التزام الحكومة بوضع الإعلاميين والصحفيين في صورة التطورات السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية أولاً بأول، لأن حجب المعلومة يفتح الباب للشائعات، مؤكداً الحرص على تفعيل قنوات التواصل المؤسسي معهم، وتطوير الخطاب الإعلامي الحكومي ليكون أكثر وضوحاً ومهنية، لأن معركة استعادة الثقة تبدأ بالصدق والمصارحة.
The Yemeni Prime Minister, Dr. Sha'if Al-Zindani, clarified that his government's priorities focus on addressing service and economic challenges, foremost among them being currency stability, improving electricity and water services, and regular salary disbursement, emphasizing the special status that Aden holds in the government's program, considering it a symbol of the state and the true test of its ability to succeed, and the commitment to transform it into a model of security, services, and institutional discipline, sending a message of hope to the rest of the provinces regarding the success of the state project, and that any chaos in Aden affects the image of the nation as a whole.
The Justice of the Southern Cause
The Yemeni Prime Minister reiterated during a meeting with a number of journalists and media personnel in the temporary capital, Aden, that the southern cause is a just and fundamental issue in the equation of national stability, and that victory for it comes through responsible dialogue and serious political action, not through opportunism or exploiting it for immediate gains. He praised the efforts made to hold the southern-southern dialogue under the auspices of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affirming that consensus is the safe path to address the roots of the problem with its historical, political, and social dimensions. He emphasized that the responsibility of establishing security is not solely the task of the security apparatus, but rather a responsibility for everyone: the authority, the community, the media, and political elites. Everyone bears the responsibility of protecting cities from chaos and instilling a culture of law, as stability is the foundation upon which development and investment attraction are built.
Combating Corruption
He confirmed that combating corruption is a policy and a top priority for his government, which will work to enhance and reform oversight bodies and the anti-corruption system, and to proceed with administrative and financial reforms that ensure transparency and accountability, as corruption undermines trust, squanders resources, and weakens the state's prestige. He revealed the government's intention to establish urgent courts for corruption cases, encourage reporting on corrupt individuals, and protect whistleblowers, in addition to prioritizing education reform, focusing on the productive economy, enhancing partnership with the private sector, and activating the rule of law.
Government Partnership with the Press
The Prime Minister stated that the relationship between the government and the media is not a temporary one, but rather a genuine partnership in the battle for awareness and state-building. He pledged before the journalists during the Ramadan evening to commit the government to building bridges of relationship and partnership with the press and media based on trust and mutual respect, the right to access information, and responsible criticism that corrects rather than destroys,
adding that journalists and media personnel are not outside the equation of the state and government, but rather part of the community oversight system and the promotion of transparency, and partners in protecting social peace and fortifying the internal front.
Open Channels of Communication with the Media
He reiterated at the end of the evening the government's commitment to keep journalists and media personnel informed of political, economic, and security developments in real-time, as withholding information opens the door to rumors. He affirmed the commitment to activate institutional communication channels with them and to develop the government media discourse to be clearer and more professional, as the battle to restore trust begins with honesty and transparency.
