تابع قناة عكاظ على الواتساب مع الأحداث المتلاحقة الحاصلة جرّاء الحرب التي قامت بها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإسرائيل ضد إيران، وردود الفعل العشوائية من إيران بحق دول الخليج العربي، لا تغيب التحليلات ومحاولات فهم أبعاد ما يحصل عن المشهد بشكل عام. فهناك عدد من المشاهد الفرعية التي تستحق التركيز عليها. المشهد الاقتصادي يحظى باهتمام المتابعين مع الارتفاع الحاد في أسعار النفط والآثار السلبية على حركة التجارة الدولية والأسواق المالية. وهناك المشهد السياسي ومدى تورط كل من الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب ورئيس وزراء إسرائيل بنيامين نتنياهو في قضايا دولية وعلاقة إطلاق هذه الحرب بالتغطية على تلك القضايا من مصداقية. وهناك المشهد الديني الذي يلعب دوراً لافتاً في تحريك وتحفيز اللاعبين السياسيين فالإنجيليون يعتبرون أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بحربه هذه يعجّل بعودة المسيح للأرض ونتنياهو الذي يعتقد أنه بتلك الحرب يعجّل ببناء الهيكل وتسليم مفتاحه لمسيح اليهود الذي سيظهر بعد بناء الهيكل، وطبعاً لدى النظام الحاكم في إيران تفسيره الخاص بأن هذه المعركة ستعجّل بظهور المهدي المنتظر. معركة بين غيبيات مختلفة. لعل أشهر من كتب عن فن الحرب وإدارتها كان الإستراتيجي العسكري الصيني الأشهر صان تزوي والذي ألّف كتاباً باسم «فن الحرب» من جملة وأشهر ما قال فيه «لا تبدأ حرباً قبل أن تعرف كيف تنهيها»، وهناك مفكر آخر لا يقل أهمية في التفكير العسكري الإستراتيجي وهو الياباني مياموتو موساشي صاحب كتاب «الحلقات الخمس» والذي قال فيه من ضمن ما قال «الحرب بلا استعداد لنهايتها هي عبث». التخبّط الحاصل في سياسة الحرب الأمريكية الإسرائيلية وردود أفعال إيران العشوائية المتخبطة توضح لنا أننا بصدد حرب غير إستراتيجية وبلا هدف واضح الملامح. فن السلام أهم من فن الحرب، والسياسي المحنك هو الذي يستطيع تحقيق أهدافه دون إطلاق رصاصة كما فعل رونالد ريجان الرئيس الأمريكي الأسبق بحق منظومة الاتحاد السوفيتي وأدّى إلى إسقاطه. ولكن أمريكا لم يعد لديها قادة استراتيجيون. وإسرائيل تقاد من رئيس مدان دولياً فلا يمكن توقع منها شيء أفضل. وإيران تبنّت منذ قيام النظام في ١٩٧٩ فكرة تصدير الثورة لجيرانها بالقوة وكيفما كان ولم تراعِ الجيرة وحقوقها وبالتالي من غير المستغرب ما يحصل منها. أسابيع قادمة تدعو للقلق على المنطقة. وتبقى أهمية التركيز على فكرة أن فن السلام أهم من فن الحرب فهل من متعظ؟ With the successive events occurring due to the war initiated by the United States and Israel against Iran, and the random reactions from Iran towards the Gulf Arab states, analyses and attempts to understand the dimensions of what is happening are not absent from the overall scene. There are several sub-scenes that deserve focus. The economic scene is attracting the attention of observers with the sharp rise in oil prices and the negative effects on international trade and financial markets. Then there is the political scene and the extent of involvement of both U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in international issues and the relationship of launching this war to cover up those issues of credibility. There is also the religious scene, which plays a notable role in mobilizing and motivating political players, as evangelicals believe that U.S. President Donald Trump, with this war, is hastening the return of Christ to Earth, and Netanyahu believes that this war accelerates the building of the Temple and handing over its key to the Jewish Messiah who will appear after the Temple is built. Of course, the ruling regime in Iran has its own interpretation that this battle will hasten the appearance of the awaited Mahdi. A battle between different metaphysical beliefs. Perhaps the most famous writer on the art of war and its management was the renowned Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu, who authored a book titled "The Art of War," in which one of his most famous sayings is, "Do not start a war before you know how to end it." There is another thinker of equal importance in strategic military thinking, the Japanese Miyamoto Musashi, author of "The Book of Five Rings," who stated among other things, "War without preparation for its end is folly." The confusion occurring in the American-Israeli war policy and Iran's random and chaotic reactions clarify that we are facing a non-strategic war with no clearly defined goals. The art of peace is more important than the art of war, and the seasoned politician is the one who can achieve his goals without firing a shot, as Ronald Reagan, the former U.S. president, did against the Soviet Union, leading to its collapse. However, America no longer has strategic leaders. Israel is led by a leader internationally condemned, so nothing better can be expected from it. Iran has adopted since the establishment of its regime in 1979 the idea of exporting its revolution to its neighbors by force, disregarding neighborly relations and their rights, and thus what is happening from it is not surprising. The coming weeks raise concerns for the region. It remains important to focus on the idea that the art of peace is more important than the art of war. Is there anyone who will take heed?
