صرّح المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الدفاع اللواء الركن تركي المالكي، بأنه تم اعتراض وتدمير مسيّرة بالربع الخالي متجهة إلى حقل شيبة. The official spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, stated that a drone was intercepted and destroyed in the Empty Quarter heading towards the Shaybah field.
