أعلن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش، تضامنه الكامل مع الشعب اللبناني، داعياً بقوة حزب الله وإسرائيل إلى وقف إطلاق النار. وشدد غوتيريش خلال لقاء الرئيس اللبناني جوزيف عون في قصر بعبدا، اليوم (الجمعة)، على ضرورة تمهيد الطريق لإيجاد حل يتيح للبنان أن يكون دولة مستقلة ذات سيادة كاملة على أراضيها، حيث تمتلك السلطة الشرعية الحق الحصري في فرض الأمن. وأكد غوتيريش أن الوقت لم يعد للمجموعات المسلحة، بل هو وقت الدولة القوية. فيما جدد الرئيس عون التأكيد على ضرورة وقف الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية وتحقيق وقف إطلاق النار تمهيدًا للبحث في الخطوات التالية وفق المبادرة التي أطلقها. ولفت إلى أهمية الاهتمام بشؤون النازحين الذين قارب عددهم أكثر من 800 ألف شخص، معربًا عن تقدير لبنان لوقوف الأمم المتحدة إلى جانبه ودعمها المستمر. وحذّر عون من أن استمرار الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية سيؤثر على الاستقرار في المنطقة بأكملها، لافتاً إلى أنه أبدى استعداده للتفاوض، إلا أن الرد لم يصل حتى الآن من الطرف الآخر. وأعرب عن تطلع لبنان إلى دعم المجتمع الدولي في هذه المرحلة الدقيقة. ميدانياً، دخلت «الحرب السيبرانية» بشكل مباشر على خط التصعيد في لبنان، من خلال منشورات ألقاها الجيش الإسرائيلي فوق العاصمة بيروت تضمّنت رمز QR يتيح التواصل المباشر معها. وحذر الجيش اللبناني من خطورة مسح الرمز والدخول إلى هذه الروابط لما تنطوي عليه من مسؤولية قانونية وخطر أمني، إضافةً إلى التمكّن من خرق الهواتف الخلوية والوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية. في سياق متصل، صعّد وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس من لهجته تجاه لبنان، ملوحاً بتوسيع العمليات العسكرية واستهداف بنى تحتية إضافية، ومؤكداً أن ما يجري حالياً «ليس سوى البداية». وقال إن الدولة اللبنانية ستخسر أراضي إذا لم يتم تنفيذ ما وصفه بـ«الالتزام الأساسي بنزع سلاح حزب الله»، لافتاً إلى أن البنى التحتية التي يستخدمها الحزب ستكون ضمن بنك الأهداف. واعتبر أن تدمير جسر الليطاني ليس سوى البداية، محذراً من أن الحكومة اللبنانية ودولة لبنان ستدفعان ثمنًا متزايدًا مع استمرار العمليات. في موازاة ذلك، نقلت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية عن مصادر قولها: إن رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو طلب من الجيش تجهيز أهداف مدنية إضافية في لبنان لعرضها للموافقة، في خطوة تعكس احتمال توسيع نطاق الضربات. The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres announced his full solidarity with the Lebanese people, strongly calling on Hezbollah and Israel to cease fire. Guterres emphasized during his meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun at the Baabda Palace today (Friday) the necessity of paving the way for a solution that allows Lebanon to be an independent state with full sovereignty over its territory, where the legitimate authority has the exclusive right to impose security. Guterres affirmed that the time is no longer for armed groups, but for a strong state. Meanwhile, President Aoun reiterated the importance of stopping Israeli assaults and achieving a ceasefire in preparation for discussing the next steps according to the initiative he launched. He pointed out the importance of addressing the issues of the displaced, whose numbers have approached more than 800,000 people, expressing Lebanon's appreciation for the United Nations' support and continuous assistance. Aoun warned that the continuation of Israeli assaults would affect stability in the entire region, noting that he has shown readiness to negotiate, but a response has not yet been received from the other side. He expressed Lebanon's hope for international community support during this critical phase. On the ground, the "cyber war" has directly entered the escalation in Lebanon, through leaflets dropped by the Israeli army over the capital Beirut that included a QR code allowing direct communication with them. The Lebanese army warned of the dangers of scanning the code and entering these links due to the legal responsibilities and security risks involved, in addition to the potential for breaching mobile phones and accessing personal data. In a related context, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant intensified his rhetoric towards Lebanon, threatening to expand military operations and target additional infrastructure, asserting that what is currently happening is "just the beginning." He stated that the Lebanese state will lose territory if what he described as "the fundamental commitment to disarm Hezbollah" is not implemented, noting that the infrastructure used by the party will be included in the target bank. He considered that the destruction of the Litani Bridge is just the beginning, warning that the Lebanese government and the state of Lebanon will pay an increasing price as operations continue.
