صرَّح المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الدفاع اللواء الركن تركي المالكي، بأنه تم اعتراض وتدمير صاروخ باليستي أُطلق باتجاه محافظة الخرج. The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, stated that a ballistic missile launched towards Al-Kharj Governorate was intercepted and destroyed.
