أجواء روحانية شهدتها جنبات المسجد الحرام ليلة التاسع والعشرين من رمضان بحضور كثيف للمعتمرين والمصلين لأداء صلاة العشاء والتراويح وختم القرآن الكريم.
وشهد المسجد الحرام حضور قاصديه الذين أدّوا صلاتَي العشاء والتراويح في أجواء عامرة بالسكينة والطمأنينة، فتدفقت أعداد كبيرة نحو مواقع الصلاة في الحرم المكي الشريف، وتم توزيع الحشود على جنباته ونحو التوسعة السعودية الثالثة التي احتضنت المصلين.
ونجحت المنظومة التشغيلية في تمكين المصلين من أداء عباداتهم بيسر وطمأنينة عبر تكثيف الخدمات التشغيلية والميدانية في الحرمين الشريفين وساحاتهما بما يتناسب مع الكثافة الكبيرة للمصلين.
وفي ليلة ختم القرآن بالحرم الشريف، تزايدت حركة المعتمرين إلى أروقة المسجد الحرام وساحاته وصحن المطاف والطرق المؤدية إليه، إذ أدّوا مناسكهم وعباداتهم بسهولة ويسر.
وجنّدت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي كامل طاقاتها وإمكاناتها ضمن منظومة عمل متكاملة، وبالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، لاستقبال القاصدين وتنظيم حركتهم وتوجيههم إلى صحن المطاف والمصليات المخصصة، مع مراعاة احتياجات كبار السن والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة عبر مسارات مهيأة تسهّل تنقلهم.
وأسهمت منظومة الأبواب في تسهيل الدخول والخروج، وتخصيص مداخل لكبار السن وذوي الإعاقة، إلى جانب تكثيف فرق البلاغات لاستقبال الملاحظات، وتوفير المصاحف، والتأكد من كفاءة أنظمة الصوت والتكييف والتهوية، وتشغيل العربات الكهربائية واليدوية عبر تطبيق «تنقل»، وتنظيم عمل دافعي العربات وفق خطط تشغيلية دقيقة.
The spiritual atmosphere witnessed in the vicinity of the Grand Mosque on the night of the twenty-ninth of Ramadan was marked by a large presence of pilgrims and worshippers performing the evening and Taraweeh prayers and completing the recitation of the Holy Quran.
The Grand Mosque saw many visitors who performed the evening and Taraweeh prayers in an environment filled with tranquility and peace, as large numbers flowed towards the prayer areas in the holy sanctuary, with crowds being distributed around it and towards the third Saudi expansion that accommodated the worshippers.
The operational system succeeded in enabling worshippers to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility by intensifying operational and field services in the two holy mosques and their courtyards, in line with the large density of worshippers.
On the night of the Quran completion at the holy mosque, the movement of pilgrims increased towards the corridors of the Grand Mosque, its courtyards, the Tawaf area, and the paths leading to it, as they performed their rituals and acts of worship easily and smoothly.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques mobilized all its capacities and resources within a comprehensive operational framework, in coordination with relevant authorities, to welcome visitors, organize their movement, and direct them to the Tawaf area and designated prayer areas, while taking into account the needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities through prepared pathways that facilitate their mobility.
The door system contributed to facilitating entry and exit, designating entrances for the elderly and persons with disabilities, in addition to intensifying reporting teams to receive feedback, providing copies of the Quran, ensuring the efficiency of sound, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, operating electric and manual carts through the "Tanaqul" app, and organizing the work of cart pushers according to precise operational plans.
