رسالة إلى الباشمهندس الكابتن الطيار فهد سندي الموقر.

أي ردة فعل يترقب هامة وقامة مثلك من مدرج عريض يصنف على أنه أيقونة التشجيع الكروي في الملاعب السعودية والعربية، ولن أبالغ إن زدت من أهمية هذا المدرج على مستوى محبي ومتابعي كرة القدم الآسيوية والعالمية. مدرج بشهادة القاصي والداني لديه من فنون وجماليات التشجيع والأهازيج تخطت الحدود، ونسختها المدرجات الكروية على اختلاف ميولها ولغاتها. هل تنتظر أن يصفق لك هذا المدرج العريق، ويكيل لك عبارات المديح والإشادة، عطفاً على ما وصل له فريقهم المئوي من سوء نتائج وتعثر، وإخفاق ليصبح محطة عبور للمنافسين ومركب نجاة للغارقين. هل تترقب أن يقتنع هذا المدرج الفخم أن ما يحدث لا ناقة لك فيه ولا جمل، وأنت على رأس الهرم، تشاهد وتستمتع وتكابر تارة وتارة تتنصل من المسؤولية، وتوزع أسباب الفشل على التخصص والمتخصصين، وتصر على التمسك بالكرسي بلغة الواثق.

ربما نكون مخطئين، ولم نصل بعد للفلسفة التي تدير بها هذا الكيان الذي فقد هيبته وتهاوى، وما زلت لا تملك القدرة على الخروج به من عنق الزجاجة، بل تركته يتمزق ويفقد أهم ركائزه في منتصف طريق المسابقات، ومنحت المنافسين الفرصة لبعثرة المنظومة الفنية في وقت كان التدخل والتصدي للمخربين، وليس التصويت لصالح القرارات الهادمة، بحجة المال والترشيد.

ناهيك عن غض الطرف عن القرارات الفنية السلبية تحت ذريعة عدم التدخل. هل يعقل وأنت الشخصية العملية الناجحة تمرر عليك هذه الأمور؟ وأنت تستمع لكل موجات الغضب الجماهيري، لتخرج وتتحدث بكل برودة أعصاب وغموض، وكأنما تناقش مسألة مالية بحتة تحتمل المكسب أو الخسارة، ولم تدرك أن إدارة الأندية تختلف عن إدارة المنشآت الربحية. ولم تقرأ أن مقومات النجاح والفشل في الرياضة تعتمد على الخبرة الفنية قبل المالية، وأن رأس المال هو المدرج ومقياس النجاح هو البطولات والكؤوس، والاعتماد على الآلة الحاسبة فقط لا يحقق الإنجازات. وبعد كل هذه الكوارث من تعثر وبعثرة وتفكك وملفات تضخّمت ما زلت تصر على البقاء. هل تعلم أنك ترأس النادي المؤسس لكرة القدم السعودية؟ النادي الذي خرج من جلبابه العديد من الأندية والنجوم، ولولا الاتحاد لما سمعت عن الأهلي، ولا أصبح الهلال منافساً، ولا سمعنا للنصر صوت. والآن ممكن أن تجيب عن الأسئلة الحائرة كيف لأربعة أندية تخضع لمالك واحد لا تتمتع بنفس المميزات والميزانيات والحظوات، وأنت تراقب ما يدور، وتمارس دور عادل إمام في مسرحية شاهد ماشفش حاجة. أصحَ يا باشمهندس اللعبة مكشوفة، ما زال لديك فرصة للخروج من البوابة الأمامية بكل شجاعة. اجتهدت نعم ولكن (..) المرء لا يلام على اجتهاده.

A message to the esteemed engineer Captain Pilot Fahd Sindi.

What reaction do you expect from a prominent figure like you from a wide stand that is classified as an icon of football encouragement in Saudi and Arab stadiums? I would not exaggerate if I emphasized the importance of this stand at the level of fans and followers of Asian and global football. This stand, as acknowledged by all, possesses arts and aesthetics of encouragement and chants that have crossed borders, and its essence has been replicated in football stands of various inclinations and languages. Do you expect this historic stand to applaud you and shower you with words of praise and commendation, especially considering the dismal results and failures that have plagued their centenary team, turning it into a transit point for competitors and a lifeboat for the drowning? Are you waiting for this magnificent stand to be convinced that what is happening is none of your business, while you are at the top of the hierarchy, watching and enjoying, sometimes being obstinate and other times shirking responsibility, distributing the reasons for failure to specialists and insisting on clinging to your seat with the confidence of someone who is sure of themselves?

Perhaps we are mistaken, and we have not yet grasped the philosophy with which you manage this entity that has lost its prestige and has collapsed. You still lack the ability to pull it out of the bottleneck; instead, you have left it to tear apart and lose its most important pillars halfway through the competitions, granting competitors the opportunity to scatter the artistic system at a time when intervention and confrontation of the saboteurs were necessary, rather than voting in favor of destructive decisions under the pretext of money and rationalization.

Not to mention turning a blind eye to negative technical decisions under the guise of non-intervention. Is it conceivable that you, as a successful practical figure, let these matters pass you by? While you listen to all the waves of public anger, you come out and speak with cold nerves and ambiguity, as if discussing a purely financial matter that could yield profit or loss, not realizing that managing clubs differs from managing profit-making enterprises. You have not read that the elements of success and failure in sports depend on technical expertise before financial considerations, and that the capital is the stand while the measure of success is championships and trophies, and relying solely on the calculator does not achieve accomplishments. After all these disasters of stumbling, scattering, disintegration, and inflated files, you still insist on staying. Do you know that you head the club that founded Saudi football? The club that has given rise to many clubs and stars; without Al-Ittihad, you would not have heard of Al-Ahli, nor would Al-Hilal have become a competitor, nor would we have heard a sound from Al-Nasr. Now, can you answer the perplexing questions of how four clubs under one owner do not enjoy the same advantages, budgets, and privileges, while you observe what is happening, playing the role of Adel Imam in the play "I Saw Nothing"? Wake up, Engineer, the game is exposed; you still have a chance to exit through the front gate with courage. You have worked hard, yes, but (...) a person is not blamed for their efforts.
