أعلنت محكمة التحكيم الرياضية (CAS) تسجيل استئناف رسمي من الاتحاد السنغالي لكرة القدم ضد الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم (كاف) والاتحاد المغربي لكرة القدم، على خلفية نهائي كأس أمم أفريقيا 2025 في المغرب.
وجاء في بيان المحكمة أن الاستئناف يتعلق بقرار صادر عن «كاف» بتاريخ 17 مارس 2026، الذي اعتبر منتخب السنغال منسحباً من المباراة النهائية، مع اعتماد فوز المنتخب المغربي بنتيجة (3-0).
وأوضح البيان أن الاتحاد السنغالي يسعى لإلغاء القرار الصادر، والمطالبة باعتماده بطلاً للبطولة، إلى جانب طلب تعليق المهلة المحددة لتقديم مبررات الاستئناف بشكل عاجل، لحين استلام حيثيات القرار كاملة.
ومن المنتظر أن تقوم المحكمة بتعيين هيئة تحكيم مختصة للنظر في القضية، على أن يتم لاحقاً تحديد الجدول الزمني للإجراءات. ووفقاً للوائح، يمتلك الطرف المستأنف 20 يوماً لتقديم مذكرته القانونية، فيما يُمنح الطرف الآخر مهلة مماثلة للرد.
وأكدت المحكمة أن القضية لا تزال في مراحلها الأولية، مما يجعل من الصعب تحديد موعد الجلسات أو صدور القرار النهائي في الوقت الراهن.
وفي تعليق له، شدد المدير العام للمحكمة ماتيو ريب على جاهزية «كاس» للتعامل مع مثل هذه القضايا، مؤكداً الحرص على تسريع الإجراءات مع ضمان تحقيق العدالة لجميع الأطراف.
واختتمت المحكمة بيانها بالتأكيد على أن تفاصيل القضية ستبقى سرية إلى حين صدور أي مستجدات رسمية.

The statement clarified that the Senegalese federation seeks to annul the issued decision and demand recognition as the tournament champion, in addition to requesting an urgent suspension of the deadline for submitting justifications for the appeal until the full reasoning of the decision is received.
The court is expected to appoint a specialized arbitration panel to consider the case, with a timeline for the proceedings to be determined later. According to the regulations, the appealing party has 20 days to submit its legal memorandum, while the other party is granted a similar period to respond.
The court confirmed that the case is still in its preliminary stages, making it difficult to determine the dates for hearings or the issuance of a final decision at this time.
In his comments, the court's director general, Matthieu Reeb, emphasized CAS's readiness to handle such cases, affirming the commitment to expedite the proceedings while ensuring justice for all parties involved.
