أعلنت الهيئة العامة للنقل إتاحة التعاقد لنقل البضائع للغير للمنشآت المرخصة في نشاط النقل التجاري لصالح المنشأة، وذلك بشكل استثنائي حتى تاريخ 25 سبتمبر من العام الحالي، في خطوة تستهدف رفع كفاءة استخدام أسطول النقل البري وتعزيز مرونته التشغيلية بما يواكب المتغيرات الحالية.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن هذا الإجراء يأتي ضمن إجراءات استثنائية تمكن المنشآت من الاستفادة المثلى من قدراتها التشغيلية بما يدعم استمرارية سلاسل الإمداد ويعزز كفاءة حركة نقل البضائع داخل المملكة وإلى الدول المجاورة.
وبيّنت أن الاستفادة من هذا السماح مشروطة بأن تكون الشاحنة مسجلة كنقل عام، وتتبع لمنشأة مرخصة في نشاط النقل التجاري لصالح المنشأة، على أن يتم توثيق عمليات النقل عبر منصة «لوجستي» بما يضمن تنظيم العمليات ورفع مستوى الموثوقية والشفافية.
وأكدت الهيئة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن حزمة إجراءات لتعزيز جاهزية القطاع، شملت إعلان جاهزية أكثر من 500 ألف شاحنة لدعم حركة نقل البضائع، وإطلاق دليل الناقلين الوطنيين عبر منصة «لوجستي»، إلى جانب السماح بدخول الشاحنات الخليجية للنقل المبرد فارغة إلى المملكة، إضافةً إلى تمديد العمر التشغيلي للشاحنات إلى 22 سنة لمدة ستة أشهر، بما يسهم في دعم استقرار سلاسل الإمداد ورفع كفاءة القطاع.
The General Transport Authority announced the availability of contracts for transporting goods for others for licensed establishments in the commercial transport activity on behalf of the establishment, exceptionally until September 25 of this year. This step aims to enhance the efficiency of the road transport fleet and strengthen its operational flexibility in line with current changes.
The authority clarified that this procedure is part of exceptional measures that enable establishments to optimally utilize their operational capabilities, supporting the continuity of supply chains and enhancing the efficiency of goods transport within the Kingdom and to neighboring countries.
It was indicated that benefiting from this allowance is conditional on the truck being registered as public transport and belonging to an establishment licensed in the commercial transport activity on behalf of the establishment, with the transportation operations documented through the "Logisti" platform to ensure the organization of operations and increase the level of reliability and transparency.
The authority confirmed that this step is part of a package of measures to enhance the sector's readiness, which includes announcing the readiness of more than 500,000 trucks to support the movement of goods transport, launching the national carriers guide through the "Logisti" platform, as well as allowing Gulf trucks for refrigerated transport to enter the Kingdom empty, in addition to extending the operational life of trucks to 22 years for six months, contributing to supporting the stability of supply chains and enhancing the sector's efficiency.
