ستواجه 9 شركات مدرجة في السوق السعودية تعليق تداول أسهمها غداً (الأربعاء)، بعد تعذر نشر نتائجها المالية السنوية لعام 2025 ضمن المهلة النظامية، بحسب الإفصاحات الصادرة عنها على موقع «تداول».
تشمل الشركات نماء للكيماويات، وصادرات، وتكوين، وبحر العرب، وأسمنت الجوف، وإنتاج، والمتحدة للتأمين، وكيمانول، والدواء.
ووفقاً لقواعد الإدراج، فإن عدم نشر المعلومات المالية الدورية في موعدها يترتب عليه تعليق تداول الورقة المالية لجلسة واحدة بعد انتهاء مهلة الإفصاح النظامية، على أن يستأنف التداول بعدها لـ20 جلسة، والتي تعد مهلة إضافية يجب على الشركة أن تعلن فيها حتى لا يتوقف تداول السهم لحين الإفصاح.
إلغاء الإدراج
استمرار التعليق لأكثر من شهر يسمح للشركة بطلب تداول أوراقها المالية خارج المنصة، بينما قد ينتهي الأمر إلى إلغاء الإدراج إذا استمر التعليق لمدة 6 أشهر دون تصحيح الوضع.
وتُظهر الإفصاحات أن سبب عدم تمكن النشر الأكثر شيوعاً بين تلك الشركات، هو عدم اكتمال أعمال المراجعة أو استمرارها مع المراجع الخارجي، وهو السبب الذي تكرر بصيغ متقاربة لدى 6 شركات هي: نماء، وصادرات، وتكوين، والعربية للاستثمار الزراعي والصناعي، وكيمانول، والدواء.
وفي المجمل، يعكس ذلك أن التأخير لا يرتبط بقرار امتناع عن النشر بقدر ما يرتبط بعدم اكتمال الإجراءات المحاسبية والمراجعة النهائية للقوائم المالية.
Nine companies listed on the Saudi market will face a suspension of their stock trading tomorrow (Wednesday), after failing to publish their annual financial results for 2025 within the regulatory deadline, according to disclosures issued by them on the "Tadawul" website.
The companies include Nama Chemicals, Export, Takween, Bahri, Al-Jouf Cement, Production, United Insurance, KimaNol, and Al-Dawaa.
According to listing rules, failure to publish periodic financial information on time results in the suspension of trading of the security for one session after the expiration of the regulatory disclosure deadline, after which trading will resume for 20 sessions, which is an additional period during which the company must announce to avoid the stock being suspended until disclosure is made.
Delisting
If the suspension continues for more than a month, the company is allowed to request trading of its securities outside the platform, while the situation may lead to delisting if the suspension lasts for 6 months without rectifying the situation.
The disclosures indicate that the most common reason for the inability to publish among those companies is the incompleteness of the audit work or its continuation with the external auditor, a reason that has been repeated in similar terms for 6 companies: Nama, Export, Takween, Arab Agricultural and Industrial Investment, KimaNol, and Al-Dawaa.
Overall, this reflects that the delay is not related to a decision to refrain from publishing as much as it is related to the incompleteness of accounting procedures and the final audit of the financial statements.
