أطلق ديوان المظالم – ممثّلًا في مركز إدارة العمليات القضائية – امتيازات جديدة عبر منصة «معين» الرقمية والبوابة الإلكترونية، تمنح كبار السن فوق 65 عامًا أولوية في خدمات المستفيدين والمساعدات التعريفية والذكية بعد إثبات الحالة. كما وفّر الديوان أدوات رقمية داعمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تشمل تكبير الخطوط وتخصيص ألوان الشاشة، إضافة إلى أداة «إشارات»، التي تتيح للصم الترجمة بلغة الإشارة عند تقديم الدعوى. وتأتي هذه الخطوات ضمن جهود الديوان لتحسين تجربة المستفيدين وتطوير خدمات التقاضي، وبالتزامن مع مبادرات الابتكار، التي شملها «هاكاثون ذكاء القضاء» المخصّص لتعزيز خدمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. The Board of Grievances – represented by the Judicial Operations Management Center – has launched new privileges through the digital platform "Mueen" and the electronic portal, granting priority in beneficiary services and informational and smart assistance to seniors over 65 years old after proving their status. The board has also provided digital tools to support people with disabilities, including text enlargement and screen color customization, in addition to the "Signs" tool, which allows the deaf to translate in sign language when filing a lawsuit. These steps are part of the board's efforts to improve the beneficiary experience and develop litigation services, coinciding with innovation initiatives included in the "Judicial Intelligence Hackathon" dedicated to enhancing services for people with disabilities.
