ضبط البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري 71 حالة اشتباه أولية بالتستر، وأحال المخالفين إلى الجهات المختصة للتحقق وتطبيق العقوبات الرادعة بحقهم، وذلك خلال تنفيذ البرنامج 2.611 زيارة تفتيشية لمكافحة التستر بمختلف مناطق المملكة خلال شهر مارس 2026م، استناداً على الدلالات ومؤشرات الاشتباه بالتستر.
واستهدفت الزيارات التحقق من امتثال المنشآت التجارية، وضبط جرائم ومخالفات نظام مكافحة التستر، وشملت عدة أنشطة، أبرزها: البيع بالتجزئة للمعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة، البيع بالتجزئة للمكسرات والبن والتوابل والعطارة، البيع بالتجزئة لمنتجات المخابز والحلويات السكرية، البيع بالتجزئة للعطور، البيع بالتجزئة للفواكه والخضروات الطازجة والمحفوظة، والبيع بالتجزئة للحقائب.
عقوبات وغرامات
وتتمثل عقوبات نظام مكافحة التستر في السجن لمدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى 5 ملايين ريال، وحجز ومصادرة الأموال غير المشروعة بعد صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية ضد المتورطين، إضافة إلى العقوبات التبعية المقررة نظاماً، وهي: إغلاق المنشأة، وتصفية النشاط، وشطب السجل التجاري، والمنع من مزاولة النشاط التجاري، واستيفاء الزكاة والرسوم والضرائب، والتشهير، وإبعاد المتستر عليهم عن المملكة وعدم السماح لهم بالعودة إليها للعمل.
The National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment has detected 71 initial suspicion cases of concealment and referred the violators to the relevant authorities for verification and the application of deterrent penalties against them. This was during the implementation of the program, which conducted 2,611 inspection visits to combat concealment in various regions of the Kingdom during March 2026, based on indications and indicators of suspicion of concealment.
The visits aimed to verify the compliance of commercial establishments and to detect crimes and violations of the Anti-Concealment Law. They included several activities, the most prominent of which are: retail sales of precious metals and gemstones, retail sales of nuts, coffee, spices, and herbal products, retail sales of bakery products and sugary confections, retail sales of perfumes, retail sales of fresh and preserved fruits and vegetables, and retail sales of bags.
Penalties and Fines
The penalties under the Anti-Concealment Law include imprisonment for up to 5 years, a financial fine of up to 5 million riyals, and the seizure and confiscation of illegal funds after final judicial rulings against those involved, in addition to the legally prescribed ancillary penalties, which are: closure of the establishment, liquidation of the activity, cancellation of the commercial registration, prohibition from engaging in commercial activity, collection of zakat, fees, and taxes, defamation, and deportation of those concealed from the Kingdom with a ban on their return to work.
