The relevant authorities have observed, during the past period, the activity of several scammers through websites and social media platforms, showcasing various vehicles at low and enticing competitive prices. Upon verification, it became clear that this was a means of fraud, employed by several individuals to entice their victims and ensnare them in their fraudulent schemes. The essence of the fraud scheme lies in deceiving the victim with a low price for the vehicle, which may reach half the market price, and then, upon agreement, the victim is asked to transfer a deposit under the pretext of proving their intention to purchase from the client. The scammer then disappears, leaving the client to discover that they have fallen victim to a fraud operation.
