تسلمت وزارة الدفاع السورية، اليوم (الخميس)، قاعدة قسرك الجوية في ريف الحسكة شمال شرق البلاد، بعد انسحاب قوات التحالف الدولي الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا)، عن وزارة الدفاع، تأكيدها أن قوات الجيش السوري باشرت استلام القاعدة عقب انسحاب قوات التحالف، وذلك في إطار إعادة ترتيب الانتشار العسكري في المنطقة. انسحابات متتالية وإعادة تموضع وكان التحالف الدولي قد بدأ خلال الأسابيع الماضية سحب قواته من عدد من قواعده في سورية، في إطار عمليات إعادة تموضع وإعادة انتشار في بعض المناطق. وتأتي عملية الانسحاب من قاعدة قسرك ضمن سلسلة تحركات مشابهة شهدتها قواعد أخرى تابعة للتحالف في الشمال السوري خلال الفترة الأخيرة. ترتيبات أمنية في شمال شرق سورية وذكرت تقارير ميدانية أن عملية تسليم القاعدة جاءت عقب اجتماع عُقد في مدينة الحسكة، جمع بين مسؤولين عسكريين محليين وقيادات من القوات الأمريكية، ضمن ترتيبات أمنية جديدة يجري العمل عليها في المنطقة. التحالف الدولي وإعادة الانتشار في سورية يشهد الوجود العسكري للتحالف الدولي في سورية منذ سنوات حالة من التحول التدريجي، مع توجهات لإعادة تموضع القوات وتقليص الانتشار المباشر في بعض القواعد، خصوصاً في الشمال الشرقي من البلاد. وتأتي هذه التحركات في ظل تغير أولويات واشنطن العسكرية في المنطقة، إلى جانب تصاعد التحديات الأمنية في أكثر من ساحة إقليمية، ما دفع إلى إعادة تقييم انتشار القوات وآليات دعم الشركاء المحليين على الأرض. كما تتزامن هذه التطورات مع استمرار حالة التوتر في شمال شرق سورية، إذ تتداخل عدة أطراف عسكرية وأمنية، ما يجعل مسألة إدارة القواعد وإعادة توزيع المهمات جزءاً من ترتيبات أمنية أوسع تهدف إلى الحفاظ على الحد الأدنى من الاستقرار الميداني. The Syrian Ministry of Defense received the Qasrk Air Base in the countryside of Hasakah in northeastern Syria today (Thursday), following the withdrawal of the international coalition forces led by the United States. The Syrian news agency (SANA) reported that the Ministry of Defense confirmed that the Syrian army began taking over the base after the coalition forces withdrew, as part of a military redeployment in the area. Sequential Withdrawals and Repositioning The international coalition began withdrawing its forces from several of its bases in Syria over the past few weeks, as part of operations to reposition and redeploy in certain areas. The withdrawal from Qasrk Air Base is part of a series of similar movements that have occurred at other coalition bases in northern Syria recently. Security Arrangements in Northeastern Syria Field reports indicated that the handover of the base came after a meeting held in the city of Hasakah, which brought together local military officials and leaders from the American forces, as part of new security arrangements being worked on in the region.
