توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (الأربعاء)، استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الشرقية، والرياض، والقصيم، وحائل، وعلى الأجزاء الشرقية من منطقتي مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، في حين لا يُستبعد تكون الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق، كما تكون السماء غائمة جزئياً مع فرصة تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على أجزاء من مناطق الباحة، وعسير، وجازان، ونجران.
وتكون الرياح السطحية في البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة (20 - 40) كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة (15 - 35) كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي تصل إلى (50) كم/ساعة باتجاه خليج العقبة، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي يصل إلى مترين ونصف باتجاه خليج العقبة، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وخفيف إلى متوسط الموج على الجزء الجنوبي يصل إلى مائج باتجاه خليج العقبة.
وفي الخليج العربي تكون الرياح السطحية شمالية إلى شمالية غربية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية شرقية إلى شمالية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة (12 - 42) كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من (50) كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report for today (Wednesday) that moderate to heavy thunderstorms will continue, leading to the flow of torrents, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, and Ha'il regions, as well as in the eastern parts of the Makkah and Madinah regions. Fog formation in parts of those areas is also not ruled out, while the sky will be partly cloudy with a chance of thunderstorm clouds bringing rain in parts of the Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran regions.
Surface winds in the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of (20 - 40) km/h in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of (15 - 35) km/h in the southern part, reaching (50) km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba. Wave heights will range from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching two and a half meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba. The sea condition will be moderate in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate in the southern part, becoming rough towards the Gulf of Aqaba.
In the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be northerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, and northeasterly to northwesterly in the southern part at a speed of (12 - 42) km/h, reaching over (50) km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds bringing rain. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, exceeding two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds bringing rain. The sea condition will be light to moderate, becoming rough with the formation of thunderstorm clouds bringing rain.
