أكد قائد فريق الخلود هتان باهبري، لـ«عكاظ»، أن اليوناني جورجيوس دونيس المدرب المناسب للمنتحب السعودي في الفترة الحالية، في ظل معرفته باللاعبين من خلال عمله مدرباً في الدوري السعودي في السنوات الماضية، متمنياً له التوفيق في مهمته القادمة مع الأخضر. وتمنّى باهبري التواجد مع المنتخب السعودي في كأس العالم القادمة في «الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والمكسيك، وكندا»، مبيناً أنه سيبذل الجهد الفني الكبير مع فريق الخلود فيما تبقى من مباريات الموسم الحالي، من أجل الحصول على ثقة الجهاز الفني بقيادة المدرب دونيس. وأشار باهبري إلى أن المنتخب السعودي قادر على تشريف الوطن في المونديال القادم، في ظل دعم القيادة الحكيمة والمسؤولين عن منتخبنا الوطني، وبدعم الجماهير السعودية. واختتم باهبري حديثه عن مواجهة فريق الخلود أمام الهلال في نهائي كأس الملك، مشدداً على أن المباراة ستكون مختلفة عن اللقاء الماضي في دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، وأضاف: سنعمل على تحقيق الانتصار وحصد لقب أغلى الكؤوس المحلية وإسعاد جماهير الخلود الوفية.
