أطلقت وزارة الصحة حملة رقابية موسعة على خدمات زراعة الشعر في مراكز الجلدية والتجميل ومراكز جراحة اليوم الواحد، بهدف تعزيز سلامة الإجراءات الطبية ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين. وتركّز الحملة على التأكد من الالتزام الصارم بمعايير مكافحة العدوى داخل غرف العمليات، وتطبيق البروتوكولات المعتمدة لعمليات زراعة الشعر، إضافة إلى متابعة التزام الممارسين الصحيين بتقديم الخدمة ضمن نطاق تخصصاتهم، والتأكد من كفاءتهم المهنية وخبراتهم العملية.
وتشمل الحملة أيضاً فحص جاهزية التجهيزات الطبية وسلامة بيئة العمل لضمان صحة المستفيدين، مع التشديد على ضرورة تقديم خدمات زراعة الشعر عبر أطباء متخصصين فقط، إلى جانب توعية المستفيدين بأهمية التحقق من هوية الطبيب المعالج والاطلاع على ترخيصه المهني داخل العيادة.
وأكدت الوزارة أن العقوبات على المنشآت المخالفة قد تصل إلى غرامة 100 ألف ريال مع إغلاق النشاط وفق اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام المؤسسات الصحية، فيما قد يتعرض الممارس الصحي المخالف لغرامة تصل إلى 100 ألف ريال والسجن لمدة تصل إلى 6 أشهر، محذّرة من الاستعانة بغير المختصين أو تشغيل ممارسين غير مرخصين أو تجاوز نطاق التخصص.
ودعت وزارة الصحة الجميع إلى الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو ملاحظات عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد 937، مؤكدة استمرار حملاتها الرقابية لضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة الصحية وحماية الصحة العامة وسلامة المجتمع.

The campaign focuses on ensuring strict compliance with infection control standards within operating rooms, implementing approved protocols for hair transplant procedures, in addition to monitoring the commitment of healthcare practitioners to provide services within their areas of specialization, and verifying their professional competence and practical experience.
The campaign also includes inspecting the readiness of medical equipment and the safety of the work environment to ensure the health of beneficiaries, emphasizing the necessity of providing hair transplant services only through specialized doctors, along with raising awareness among beneficiaries about the importance of verifying the identity of the treating physician and checking their professional license within the clinic.
The ministry confirmed that penalties for violating establishments could reach a fine of 100,000 riyals along with the closure of the activity according to the executive regulations of the health institutions system, while the violating healthcare practitioner may face a fine of up to 100,000 riyals and imprisonment for up to 6 months, warning against the use of non-specialists or employing unlicensed practitioners or exceeding the scope of specialization.
The Ministry of Health called on everyone to report any violations or observations through the unified contact center 937, confirming the continuation of its regulatory campaigns to ensure compliance with health regulations and protect public health and community safety.
