كشفت البيانات الصادرة عن المركز الإحصائي لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية أن اقتصاد دول المجلس سجل أداءً إيجابياً ومتوازناً خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، وقاد القطاع غير النفطي إلى نمو متوازن مع استمرار التحول الهيكلي نحو تنويع مصادر الدخل.
وأظهرت البيانات تسارع التحول نحو الاقتصاد غير النفطي، إذ بلغ إسهام القطاع غير النفطي 78% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الاسمي مقابل 22% للقطاع النفطي.
2.2 % نمو سنوي
وأشارت البيانات إلى أن الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لدول المجلس بالأسعار الجارية بلغ نحو 595.8 مليار دولار مقارنة بنحو 583 مليار دولار في الربع المماثل من 2024، محققاً نمواً سنوياً قدره 2.2%.
أما الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالأسعار الثابتة، فقد بلغ 474.4 مليار دولار، مسجلاً نمواً حقيقياً بنسبة 5.2%، في مؤشر واضح على أن النمو الاقتصادي لم يكن مدفوعاً فقط بارتفاع الأسعار، بل بزيادة فعلية في حجم النشاط الاقتصادي.
وسجل الاقتصاد الخليجي نمواً ربعياً (مقارنة بالربع الثاني 2025) بنسبة 1.6% بالأسعار الثابتة، ما يعكس استمرار الزخم الاقتصادي.
وعلى مستوى الناتج الحقيقي بلغ إسهام القطاع غير النفطي 70.7% مقابل 29.3% للقطاع النفطي. ويعكس هذا التحول تراجع الاعتماد النسبي على النفط، ونجاح سياسات التنويع الاقتصادي في دول المجلس.
اقتصاد أكثر تنوعاً
وأظهرت البيانات أن الاقتصاد الخليجي أصبح أكثر تنوعاً، إذ توزعت إسهامات الأنشطة الاقتصادية (بالأسعار الجارية) بنحو 12.4% للصناعات التحويلية و9.7% لتجارة الجملة والتجزئة و8.4% للتشييد و7.5% للإدارة العامة والدفاع و7% للمالية والتأمين و5.8% للأنشطة العقارية و27.3% وللأنشطة الأخرى و22% لاستخراج النفط والغاز ما يبرز اتساع قاعدة الإنتاج، وارتفاع دور القطاعات الخدمية والصناعية في دعم النمو.
وسجلت الأنشطة غير النفطية معدلات نمو قويّة، أبرزها الأنشطة العقارية بنحو 10.2% وخدمات الإقامة والطعام بنسبة 8.2% وتجارة الجملة والتجزئة بنسبة 8% والكهرباء والمياه والغاز بنسبة 7.4% والخدمات الأخرى بنسبة 7.3% ما يعكس حيوية الاقتصاد الخدمي وتنامي الطلب المحلي والسياحي.
The data released by the Statistical Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries revealed that the economies of the Council recorded a positive and balanced performance during the third quarter of 2025, with the non-oil sector leading to balanced growth as the structural transformation towards diversifying income sources continues.
The data showed a rapid shift towards the non-oil economy, with the non-oil sector contributing 78% to the nominal GDP compared to 22% for the oil sector.
2.2% Annual Growth
The data indicated that the GDP of the Council countries at current prices reached approximately $595.8 billion compared to about $583 billion in the same quarter of 2024, achieving an annual growth rate of 2.2%.
As for the GDP at constant prices, it reached $474.4 billion, recording a real growth rate of 5.2%, clearly indicating that economic growth was not driven solely by rising prices, but by an actual increase in the volume of economic activity.
The Gulf economy recorded a quarterly growth (compared to the second quarter of 2025) of 1.6% at constant prices, reflecting the continued economic momentum.
In terms of real output, the contribution of the non-oil sector reached 70.7% compared to 29.3% for the oil sector. This shift reflects a decrease in relative dependence on oil and the success of economic diversification policies in the Council countries.
A More Diverse Economy
The data showed that the Gulf economy has become more diverse, with contributions from economic activities (at current prices) distributed as follows: 12.4% for manufacturing industries, 9.7% for wholesale and retail trade, 8.4% for construction, 7.5% for public administration and defense, 7% for finance and insurance, 5.8% for real estate activities, 27.3% for other activities, and 22% for oil and gas extraction, highlighting the expansion of the production base and the increasing role of service and industrial sectors in supporting growth.
The non-oil activities recorded strong growth rates, notably real estate activities at about 10.2%, accommodation and food services at 8.2%, wholesale and retail trade at 8%, electricity, water, and gas at 7.4%, and other services at 7.3%, reflecting the vitality of the service economy and the growing domestic and tourism demand.
