وفي اللقاء الآخر، يلتقي منتخب اليابان متصدر المجموعة الثانية بنظيره منتخب طاجيكستان وصيف اﻷولى، في لقاء يُعد من أقوى لقاءات دور ربع النهائي، وإن كانت الكفة تميل للمنتخب الياباني الذي يتفوق دفاعاً على منافسه في لقاء الليلة.
