داخل أحد الدواوير الجبلية الهادئة المحاصرة بالصمت قرب بني ملال في المغرب، ظلت قصة شابة تعاني من إعاقة ذهنية تُروى همساً وبحذر بين السكان لسنوات، قبل أن تنفجر مؤخراً وتتحول إلى واحدة من أكثر القضايا الإنسانية والجنائية صدمة للرأي العام المغربي. الكابوس المتكرر.. طفلان وصمت طويل الصدمة التي هزت فعاليات المجتمع المدني لم تكن في بشاعة الجريمة فقط، بل في تفاصيلها المرعبة التي انكشفت تباعاً. فالشابة الضحية، التي تعيش وسط ظروف اجتماعية بالغة القسوة في دوار «بويدموما» التابع لمنطقة أغبالة المغربية، لم تتعرض لاعتداء عابر، بل كانت ضحية لاستغلال وحشي متكرر نتج عنه حملان وطفلان، أحدهما يبلغ اليوم نحو 8 سنوات، في حين لم يكمل الطفل الثاني عامه الأول بعد! وبعد سنوات من المعاناة الصامتة، وصلت القضية التي فجرت غضباً حقوقياً واسعاً إلى كلمتها الفصل داخل ردهات المحاكم. حيث قضت الغرفة الجنائية الابتدائية بمحكمة الاستئناف في بني ملال بحكم حاسم ردع المتهمين، صادر بسجن 4 أشخاص لمدة 5 سنوات نافذة لكل واحد منهم، بعد إدانتهم بجناية هتك عرض شخص يعاني من إعاقة ذهنية. ولم تتوقف إثارة الجلسات عند حدود العقوبة، بل امتدت لفك اللغز الأكبر ومعرفة الأب البيولوجي للطفل الأصغر وسط تبادل الاتهامات بين المتهمين، حيث أمرت المحكمة بشكل صارم بإجراء خبرة جينية (DNA) في محاولة لقطع الشك باليقين، وكشف الحقيقة الكاملة خلف هذا الملف المأساوي، وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية بدقة لإنهاء سنوات من الغموض. خلف كواليس الأزمة، تبين أن مأساة الشابة بدأت تخرج إلى العلن بعد تدخل عاجل من سلطات جهة بني ملال خنيفرة إثر نداءات استغاثة أطلقتها جمعيات حقوقية حذرت من وضعها الإنساني الهش. وتم نقل الشابة حينها وهي في شهرها السابع من الحمل إلى دار الأمومة في أغبالة لتلقي الرعاية الطبية والنفسية اللازمة قبل وضع جنينها. ومع صدور هذه الأحكام، اشتعل مجدداً نقاش ساخن على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي حول ضرورة تشديد العقوبات وتوفير حماية اجتماعية صارمة للنساء والفتيات في وضعية إعاقة بالمناطق الجبلية والنائية، لضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه القصص التي تظل مدفونة في الظلام، حتى تتحول إلى صدمة تهز المجتمع بأسره. The Recurring Nightmare.. Two Children and a Long Silence The shock that shook civil society was not only due to the brutality of the crime but also to the terrifying details that were gradually uncovered. The young victim, who lives in extremely harsh social conditions in the village of "Bouidmouma" in the Agbala region of Morocco, did not suffer a one-time assault; instead, she was a victim of repeated brutal exploitation that resulted in two pregnancies and two children, one of whom is now about 8 years old, while the second child has not yet completed his first year! After years of silent suffering, the case that ignited widespread human rights outrage reached its decisive moment in the courtrooms. The criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal in Beni Mellal issued a decisive ruling to deter the accused, sentencing 4 individuals to 5 years in prison each after they were convicted of the felony of sexual assault against a person with a mental disability. Behind the scenes of the crisis, it became clear that the tragedy of the young woman began to come to light after urgent intervention from the authorities of the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region following distress calls launched by human rights associations warning of her fragile humanitarian situation. The young woman was then transferred, while she was in her seventh month of pregnancy, to the maternity home in Agbala to receive the necessary medical and psychological care before giving birth to her child. With the issuance of these rulings, a heated discussion reignited on social media platforms about the necessity of tightening penalties and providing strict social protection for women and girls with disabilities in mountainous and remote areas, to ensure that such stories, which remain buried in darkness, do not turn into shocks that shake the entire society.
