أكد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم (الأربعاء)، أن إيران لن تحصل على تخفيف للعقوبات مقابل تخليها عن اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب. وفي رده على سؤال لشبكة «بي بي إس نيوز» عمّا إذا كان الاتفاق الحالي يعني أن إيران ستتخلى عن اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب مقابل تخفيف العقوبات قال ترمب: «لا، لا، على الإطلاق.. لا تخفيف للعقوبات، لا». ورفض ترمب في حديثه للصحفيين ما سرَّبته إيران عن الاتفاق، قائلاً: «نحن غير راضين عن ما تعرضه إيران بشأن الاتفاق»، مشدداً بالقول: «لم نصل إلى اتفاق بشأن إيران بعد، ولست راضياً عن ذلك». وأضاف: «إيران تراهن أنني أريد إنهاء الحرب بسبب الانتخابات النصفية، لكن أنا لا أكترث بذلك»، مبيناً أن إيران تريد التوصل لاتفاق ولا خيار آخر أمامها. ولوَّح ترمب بتكرار ما حدث في فنزويلا بإيران قائلاً: «ما فعلناه في فنزويلا نفعل مثله في إيران»، مشدداً بالقول: «إيران تريد عقد اتفاق وسنبرم معها اتفاقاً أو سننهي المهمة». وأشار إلى أنهم قد يتعين عليهم العودة لإنهاء الأمر مع إيران وربما لا، مبيناً أن إيران تتفاوض وهي على وشك الانهيار. وقال البيت الأبيض إن المفاوضات بشأن إيران «تسير على نحو جيد»، مبيناً أن الرئيس دونالد ترمب وضع خطوطاً حمراء واضحة في هذا الشأن. ونقل البيت الأبيض التقارير التي نشرتها وسائل إعلام إيرانية بشأن مذكرة التفاهم بين واشنطن وطهران، مؤكداً أنها غير صحيحة. وكان التلفزيون الإيراني قال في وقت سابق اليوم إن إطار تفاهم إسلام آباد لم يُحسم بعد، موضحاً أن إيران لن تقدم على أي خطوة من دون «تقدم ملموس». ونشرت هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الإيرانية وثيقة أولية غير رسمية تتضمن إطاراً من 14 بنداً لتفاهم محتمل بين إيران والولايات المتحدة، موضحة أن مسودة مذكرة التفاهم تنص على انسحاب القوات العسكرية الأمريكية من محيط إيران، ورفع الحصار البحري. وبحسب المسودة، ستتولى طهران إدارة حركة السفن عبر مضيق هرمز بالتعاون مع سلطنة عمان. وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن إيران تتعهد، في المقابل، بإعادة حركة عبور السفن التجارية عبر مضيق هرمز إلى مستويات ما قبل الحرب خلال شهر واحد، مؤكدة أن السفن العسكرية غير مشمولة في مسودة الاتفاق. وتنص المسودة، التي نشرتها الهيئة، على أنه في حال التوصل إلى اتفاق نهائي خلال 60 يوماً، سيُعتمد الاتفاق بقرار ملزم من مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة. جاء ذلك في وقت حددت فيه إيران 5 شروط للتفاوض، من بينها: دفع تعويضات عن أضرار الحرب، والإفراج عن الأصول الإيرانية المجمدة، ورفع العقوبات بالكامل، ووقف الحرب، والاعتراف بالسيادة الإيرانية على مضيق هرمز. Trump rejected what Iran leaked about the agreement during his remarks to reporters, stating, "We are not satisfied with what Iran is offering regarding the agreement," emphasizing, "We have not reached an agreement with Iran yet, and I am not satisfied with that." He added, "Iran is betting that I want to end the war because of the midterm elections, but I don't care about that," indicating that Iran wants to reach an agreement and has no other option. Trump hinted at repeating what happened in Venezuela with Iran, saying, "What we did in Venezuela, we will do the same in Iran," stressing, "Iran wants to make a deal, and we will either make a deal with them or we will finish the job." He noted that they may have to go back to finish the matter with Iran, or perhaps not, indicating that Iran is negotiating while on the brink of collapse. The White House stated that negotiations regarding Iran "are going well," noting that President Donald Trump has set clear red lines in this regard. The White House conveyed reports published by Iranian media regarding a memorandum of understanding between Washington and Tehran, confirming that they are incorrect. Earlier today, Iranian television stated that the framework for understanding in Islamabad has not yet been finalized, clarifying that Iran will not take any steps without "concrete progress." The Iranian Broadcasting and Television Organization published an unofficial preliminary document that includes a framework of 14 points for a potential understanding between Iran and the United States, stating that the draft memorandum of understanding calls for the withdrawal of U.S. military forces from the vicinity of Iran and the lifting of the naval blockade. According to the draft, Tehran will manage the movement of ships through the Strait of Hormuz in cooperation with Oman. The organization indicated that Iran commits, in return, to restore the movement of commercial ships through the Strait of Hormuz to pre-war levels within one month, confirming that military vessels are not included in the draft agreement. The draft published by the organization states that if a final agreement is reached within 60 days, the agreement will be adopted by a binding decision from the United Nations Security Council. This comes at a time when Iran has set five conditions for negotiations, including: compensation for war damages, the release of frozen Iranian assets, the complete lifting of sanctions, the cessation of war, and recognition of Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
