تراجعت أسعار النفط خلال تعاملات الإثنين، لتصل إلى أدنى مستوياتها منذ شهر مارس، وذلك في أعقاب إعلان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، ونائب وزير الخارجية الإيراني التوصل إلى اتفاق مبدئي لإنهاء الأعمال العسكرية، يقضي بفتح مضيق هرمز أمام الملاحة الدولية. ومن المقرر أن يوقع الطرفان مذكرة تفاهم في سويسرا الجمعة القادمة، وأكد «ترمب» أن الاتفاق يتضمن فتح مضيق هرمز «بدون رسوم»، وإنهاء الحصار البحري الأمريكي على الموانئ الإيرانية. بينما ذكرت وكالة «مهر» الإيرانية شبه الرسمية أن مسودة الاتفاق تنص على إعادة فتح المضيق خلال 30 يوماً وفق ترتيبات إيرانية، وفقا لوسائل إعلامية غربية. ويرى خبراء السوق أن التفاؤل بعودة تدفقات النفط والغاز -التي توقفت لأكثر من ثلاثة أشهر عبر المضيق- قد ساهم في تهدئة المخاوف، حيث أشار «تيم ووترر»، كبير محللي السوق في شركة «كيه سي إم تريد»، إلى أن علاوة المخاطر الجيوسياسية بدأت تتقلص مع تسعير المتداولين لاحتمالات عودة إمدادات النفط العالمية إلى طبيعتها. Market experts believe that optimism about the return of oil and gas flows—which have been halted for more than three months through the strait—has contributed to easing concerns, as Tim Waterer, Chief Market Analyst at KCM Trade, pointed out that the geopolitical risk premium has started to shrink as traders price in the likelihood of a return to normal global oil supplies.
