في أحدث تطورات الأزمة القانونية بين الفنانة الشابة ياسمينا المصري والفنان أشرف زكي، أصدرت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية حكمًا يقضي بحبس الأولى لمدة شهر مع الشغل والنفاذ، بعد إدانتها في الدعوى المقامة ضدها بتهمة السب والقذف. عقوبة وغرامة وأوضح شعبان سعيد، محامي نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي، في بيان صحفي، أن المحكمة لم تكتفِ بعقوبة الحبس وإنما قضت أيضًا بتغريم ياسمينا المصري 15 ألف جنيه، إلى جانب إلزامها بدفع 10 آلاف جنيه كتعويض مدني مؤقت لصالح موكله. خلفية الأزمة وكان أشرف زكي قد اتهم ياسمينا المصري بنشر عبارات عبر حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي اعتبرها مسيئة، مؤكدًا أنها تضمنت سبًا وقذفًا وطعنًا في سمعته وسمعة أسرته، إلى جانب توجيه تهديدات بالإيذاء، ما دفعه إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقها. وعقب تلقي البلاغ، باشرت جهات التحقيق فحص الواقعة، قبل أن تتمكن الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط الفنانة على ذمة القضية، لتحال لاحقًا إلى المحكمة المختصة التي أصدرت حكمها المشار إليه. ويُعد مسلسل «أبو البنات» آخر ظهور فني لياسمينا المصري، إذ شاركت في بطولته إلى جانب الفنان مصطفى شعبان، وعُرض خلال موسم دراما رمضان عام 2016، وهو من إخراج رؤوف عبد العزيز، وتأليف أحمد عبد الفتاح.
