كشف وكيل محافظة حضرموت لشؤون مديريات الساحل والهضبة حسن الجيلاني بدء الترتيبات الرسمية لتدشين مشروع محطات التوليد الكهربائية الإسعافية بالمحافظة بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 200 ميغاوات، بدعم وتمويل سخي من المملكة العربية السعودية عبر ذراعها التنموية «البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن»، وبإشراف مباشر من وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة. دعم إستراتيجي وأوضح الجيلاني في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ»، أن الترتيبات جارية بوتيرة متسارعة لاستكمال المحطات الإسعافية المقدمة من «شركة الخليج السعودية»، مشيراً إلى أن القدرة التوليدية سيتم توزيعها بالتساوي؛ بواقع 100 ميغاوات لساحل حضرموت و100 ميغاوات للوادي، لما تمثله هذه الخطوة من أهمية إستراتيجية في تحسين استقرار المنظومة الكهربائية. وأشار وكيل حضرموت إلى أن المشروع يستهدف تعزيز كفاءة التيار الكهربائي، وتجاوز العجز الراهن، وتخفيف المعاناة اليومية عن كاهل المواطنين، لضمان استقرار الخدمات الأساسية ودعم جهود التنمية في المحافظة. ثوابت تاريخية وأشاد الجيلاني بالدور الأخوي والريادي الدائم للمملكة العربية السعودية، ومواقفها الصادقة إلى جانب اليمن، خصوصاً محافظة حضرموت، في إطار الشراكة والتعاون المشترك، وبما يعكس عمق العلاقات التاريخية بين البلدين الشقيقين. واختتم وكيل حضرموت تصريحه مؤكداً «أن هذه المساندة الأخوية تأتي امتداداً لدعم المملكة العربية السعودية لمسيرة الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية، وهي برهان متجدد على أن حضرموت تمضي قُدماً نحو ترسيخ الاستقرار وخدمة المواطن وتعزيز مقومات الحياة الكريمة». The Deputy Governor of Hadhramaut for Coastal and Plateau Districts, Hassan Al-Jailani, announced the commencement of official arrangements to launch the emergency power generation project in the governorate, with a total capacity of 200 megawatts, supported and generously funded by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its development arm, the "Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen," and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy. Strategic Support Al-Jailani explained in a special statement to "Okaz" that arrangements are underway at a rapid pace to complete the emergency stations provided by the "Saudi Gulf Company," noting that the generation capacity will be distributed equally; with 100 megawatts for the coast of Hadhramaut and 100 megawatts for the valley, due to the strategic importance of this step in improving the stability of the electrical system. He pointed out that the project aims to enhance the efficiency of the electrical current, overcome the current deficit, and alleviate the daily suffering of citizens, to ensure the stability of basic services and support development efforts in the governorate. Historical Constants Al-Jailani praised the continuous brotherly and pioneering role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its sincere positions alongside Yemen, especially Hadhramaut, within the framework of partnership and mutual cooperation, reflecting the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly countries. He concluded his statement by affirming, "This brotherly support comes as an extension of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's support for the path of security, stability, and development, and it is a renewed proof that Hadhramaut is moving forward towards establishing stability, serving the citizen, and enhancing the components of a decent life."
