شهدت منطقة «الظاهرية» في محافظة الإسكندرية المصرية جريمة غدر مروعة هزت الرأي العام، بعدما أقدم رجل على تصفية طليقته (باحثة الماجستير) داخل منزل أسرتها بدم بارد، والاعتداء على والديها، في واقعة مأساوية فجرتها خلافات ممتدة وغيرة مريضة عمياء.

وأدلى المتهم باعترافات تقشعر لها الأبدان أمام النيابة العامة، إذ اعترف بارتكاب الجريمة بدافع الغيرة الجنونية، زاعماً أنه اعتقد أن طليقته ارتبطت برجل آخر وتزوجت منه. وأضاف الجاني أنه حاول مراراً وتكراراً العودة إليها طيلة الفترة الماضية إلا أنها كانت ترفض بشكل قاطع، مما أشعل النيران في قلبه ليقرر إنهاء حياتها حتى لا تكون لغيره.

وعقب الاعترافات، اصطحبت النيابة العامة المتهم وسط حراسة أمنية مشددة إلى مسرح الجريمة، إذ قام بتمثيل الواقعة وإعادة تجسيد تفاصيلها بدقة، موضحاً كيف تسلل إلى العقار، واقتحم المنزل، ونفذ اعتداءه الدموي على الضحية وعلى والديها اللذين حاولا إنقاذ ابنتهما من بين يديه.

وكشفت التحقيقات تفاصيل مؤلمة حول الضحية، إذ تبين أنها باحثة متميزة في كلية الآداب بجامعة الإسكندرية، وكانت تستعد طوال الأيام الماضية لمناقشة رسالة الماجستير الخاصة بها، وتتطلع لمستقبل أكاديمي مشرق، قبل أن يغتال طليقها طموحها وحياتها في لحظة غدر.

وأوضحت أوراق التحقيق أن الجذور الدامية للأزمة تعود إلى انفصال الزوجين قبل نحو 6 أعوام. ومنذ ذلك الحين، بقيت الضحية تقيم في مسكن الزوجية بصفتها الحاضنة القانونية لطفليهما الصغيرين، وهو الأمر الذي لم يتقبله الطليق، وتسبب في اشتعال خلافات قضائية وشخصية متكررة وعنيفة بين الطرفين، وصولاً إلى المشادة الأخيرة التي سبقت المجزرة.

وتحفظت النيابة العامة على المتهم عقب تمثيل الجريمة، وتم نقل الوالدين المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم، وسط حالة من الحزن والصدمة خيمت على الأوساط الجامعية والمجتمعية في الإسكندرية، ومطالبات بإنزال أقصى عقوبة مشددة على القاتل الذي حرم طفلين من أمهما للأبد.

The accused made chilling confessions before the public prosecutor, admitting to committing the crime out of insane jealousy, claiming that he believed his ex-wife had become involved with another man and married him. The perpetrator added that he had tried repeatedly to return to her over the past period, but she had firmly rejected him, igniting a fire in his heart that led him to decide to end her life so that she would not belong to anyone else.

Following the confessions, the public prosecutor took the accused, under tight security, to the crime scene, where he reenacted the incident and accurately recreated its details, explaining how he sneaked into the building, broke into the house, and carried out his bloody assault on the victim and her parents, who tried to save their daughter from his grasp.

The investigations revealed painful details about the victim, showing that she was an outstanding researcher at the Faculty of Arts at Alexandria University, and had been preparing over the past days to defend her master's thesis, looking forward to a bright academic future, before her ex-husband abruptly snuffed out her ambitions and life in a moment of treachery.

The investigation documents indicated that the bloody roots of the crisis date back to the couple's separation about six years ago. Since then, the victim had remained living in the marital home as the legal custodian of their two young children, a situation that her ex-husband could not accept, leading to recurring and violent legal and personal disputes between the two parties, culminating in the last altercation that preceded the massacre.

The public prosecutor detained the accused after the reenactment of the crime, and the injured parents were transferred to the hospital for necessary treatment, amidst a state of sadness and shock that enveloped the university and community circles in Alexandria, with calls for the harshest penalties to be imposed on the killer who deprived two children of their mother forever.
