كما تميزت «عكاظ» أعلن نادي الوحدة رسمياً الاستغناء عن خدمات المدرب البوسني روسمير، وسيتم التعاقد مع مدرب بديل لقيادة الفريق في دوري الدرجة الأولى في الموسم القادم.
من جانبه أوضح لـ«عكاظ» مصدر مقرّب من نادي الوحدة أن الإدارة برئاسة حازم اللحياني لديها تصوّر جديد للنهوض في المجالات كافة، وعلى رأسها كرة القدم، إذ سيتم تغيير الأطقم الفنية والإدارية والمركز الإعلامي، وسيُعقَد اجتماع، غدا (الأربعاء)، لمجلس إدارة حازم اللحياني بعد اعتماده رسمياً، اليوم (الثلاثاء)؛ لمناقشة لأمور المتعلقة بالنادي كافة.
وكشف المصدر أن هناك خمسة لاعبين أجانب بصدد التعاقد معهم والاستغناء عن اللاعبين الأجانب السابقين، وجلب 7 لاعبين محليين على مستوى عالٍ، ومدير كرة من خارج مكة يتم التفاوض معه حالياً، إضافة إلى إقامة معسكر خارجي للفريق الكروي، سيخوض خلاله 5 مباريات ودية.
من جهة أخرى أكد لـ«عكاظ» رئيس النادي حازم اللحياني أن أبواب النادي مشرعة من الآن لكل المحبين، وأنا رجل ليست لي عداوة مع أي طرف وحداوي، نتفق ونختلف على مصلحة النادي، وهذا أمر طبيعي يحدث في الأندية كافة.
وأشار اللحياني إلى أنه منفتح على مختلف الشرائح الوحداوية والمحبين، وقال: أعدهم بفريق مختلف، وبمشيئة الله تكون نتائجه تواكب تطلعات جماهيرنا الوفية التي لا نستغني عن دعهما في المباريات؛ لأنها وقود اللاعبين داخل الملعب.
