علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها أن مصير اللاعب عبدالرحمن العبود مع نادي الاتحاد بيد الجهاز الفني الجديد، الذي سيحدد خلال شهر يوليو الجاري بقاء العبود من عدمه مع العميد.
وكان نادي الاتحاد أعلن تمديد عقد الجناح عبدالرحمن العبود في الرابع من ديسمبر الماضي قبل دخوله فترة الستة أشهر (الحرة) لمدة عام واحد حتى يونيو 2027.
يذكر أن اللاعب عبد الرحمن العبود بدأ مسيرته الاحترافية في نادي الاتفاق، ومن ثم انتقل إلى نادي الاتحاد في صيف 2019، ونجح في تحقيق بطولة دوري روشن السعودي «مرتين»، وكأس الملك «مرة واحدة»، وكأس السوبر السعودي «مرة واحدة» مع العميد.
