أسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة للفترة من 2 إلى 8/7/2026، عن ضبط 15,430 مخالفاً، منهم 7,913 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و4,037 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و3,480 مخالفاً لنظام العمل.

وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل السعودية 1,542 شخصاً، 46% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و53% إثيوبيو الجنسية، وجنسيات أخرى 1%، وتم ضبط 30 شخصاً لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية.

كما تم ضبط 27 متورطاً في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم. وبلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 29,286 وافداً مخالفاً، منهم 27,127 رجلاً، و2,159 امرأة.

وأحيل 17,353 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، و5,438 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 11,800 مخالف.

وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال يُعرّض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به. وأوضحت أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.

The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, conducted in various regions of the Kingdom from 2 to 8/7/2026, resulted in the apprehension of 15,430 violators, including 7,913 violators of the residency system, 4,037 violators of border security regulations, and 3,480 violators of labor laws.

A total of 1,542 individuals were apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into Saudi Arabia, with 46% of them being Yemeni nationals, 53% Ethiopian nationals, and 1% of other nationalities. Additionally, 30 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner.

Furthermore, 27 individuals were apprehended for their involvement in transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, as well as for concealing them. Currently, a total of 29,286 violators are undergoing enforcement procedures, including 27,127 men and 2,159 women.

Seventeen thousand three hundred fifty-three violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, while 5,438 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and 11,800 violators were deported.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of border security regulations into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a financial fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and accommodation used for sheltering, in addition to publicizing their actions. It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense warranting detention and is detrimental to honor and integrity.
