بين سحر طبيعتها وهدوء أزقتها، ضاقت قرية «فارينا» الإيطالية ذرعاً بضجيج الملايين، لتقرر وضع حدٍّ للفوضى السياحية وحماية خصوصية سكانها الـ700 الذين باتوا يشعرون بالاختناق؛ القرية الساحرة الجاثمة على ضفاف بحيرة كومو الشهيرة أعلنت الحرب على «السياحة المفرطة» عبر حزمة عقوبات وقواعد صارمة تعيد الانضباط إلى شوارعها.
