أشاد وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف في جمهورية المالديف الدكتور محمد شهيم علي سعيد، بالبرامج العلمية والمبادرات النوعية التي تنفذها وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في بلاده، مؤكدًا دورها البارز في ترسيخ المنهج الإسلامي المعتدل ونشر العقيدة الصحيحة. جاء ذلك في تصريح له بمناسبة اختتام الدورة العلمية التأصيلية في عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة لتأهيل الأئمة والخطباء والمؤذنين، التي نفذتها وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، واستمرت ثلاثة أيام بمشاركة 120 إمامًا وخطيبًا ومؤذنًا وطالب علم، بهدف تعزيز التأصيل العلمي للمشاركين ورفع كفاءاتهم الشرعية. وثمّن وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف المالديفي جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في دعم البرامج العلمية والدعوية التي تعزز قيم الوسطية والاعتدال، وتسهم في نشر العقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة، مشيدًا باستمرار التعاون بين الجانبين في تنفيذ المبادرات العلمية والدعوية التي تخدم المجتمعات الإسلامية. The Minister of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, praised the scientific programs and qualitative initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance in his country, emphasizing its prominent role in establishing the moderate Islamic approach and spreading the correct creed. This came in a statement he made on the occasion of the conclusion of the foundational scientific course in the creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah for qualifying imams, preachers, and callers to prayer, which was carried out by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, and lasted for three days with the participation of 120 imams, preachers, callers to prayer, and students of knowledge, aiming to enhance the scientific foundation of the participants and raise their legal competencies. The Minister of Islamic Affairs and Endowments of the Maldives appreciated the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting scientific and advocacy programs that promote values of moderation and contribute to spreading the correct Islamic creed, praising the ongoing cooperation between the two sides in implementing scientific and advocacy initiatives that serve Islamic communities.
