حققت الفنانة الكويتية إلهام الفضالة انتصاراً قضائياً، بعدما أيدت محكمة الاستئناف حقها في الحصول على تعويض عن الأضرار التي تعرضت لها إثر إساءة وتشهير عبر أحد حسابات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بحسب ما أعلنه وكيلها القانوني.
حكم لصالح إلهام الفضالة
وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان، أن المحكمة انتهت إلى أحقية موكلتها في التعويض بعد نظر القضية، مؤكدة أن الحكم جاء على خلفية الأضرار الناتجة عن الإساءة والتشهير الإلكتروني، ويعكس حرص القضاء على حماية الحقوق الشخصية والتصدي للتجاوزات عبر المنصات الرقمية.
وأضافت أن الحكم يؤكد أن الإساءة أو التشهير عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي قد تترتب عليهما مسؤولية قانونية وتعويض للمتضرر، في إطار تطبيق الأنظمة التي تكفل حماية السمعة والحقوق.

تعود القضية إلى أواخر 2025، بعدما أعيد تداول تسجيل صوتي قديم نسب إلى إلهام الفضالة عبر منصة «إكس»، ما أثار جدلاً واسعاً وفتح باب التحقيق، إلا أن الفنانة نفت علاقتها بنشر المقطع، مؤكدة أنه يعود إلى 2021 وأعيد تداوله من قبل حسابات مجهولة.

The case dates back to late 2025 when an old audio recording attributed to Ilham Al-Fadala was circulated again on the "X" platform, which sparked widespread controversy and opened an investigation. However, the artist denied any connection to the publication of the clip, confirming that it dates back to 2021 and was circulated again by unknown accounts.
