في جريمة مأساوية مروعة هزت الأوساط التونسية وجمعت بين تفاصيل الغدر العائلية والغموض، باشرت السلطات الأمنية والقضائية في تونس تحقيقات مكثفة مع رجل وابنه للاشتباه في تورطهما بقتل زوجته «الأجنبية» طعناً في مدينة سوسة الساحلية الشهيرة. الواقعة الصادمة تفجرت بعد عثور السلطات على الزوجة، وهي سيدة أجنبية في العقد السادس من عمرها، جثة هامدة نتيجة تعرضها لعدة طعنات نافذة وبليغة في مختلف أنحاء جسدها، مما أدى لوفاتها على الفور قبل محاولات إسعافها. وأعلن المتحدث باسم المحكمة الابتدائية في سوسة أن النيابة العمومية أذنت رسمياً بفتح تحقيق قضائي عاجل وضخم ضد الأب والابن، وكل من سيكشف عنه البحث والتحريات اللاحقة، بتهمة ثقيلة ومباشرة وهي: «القتل العمد مع سابق القصد». وتشير التحقيقات الأولية إلى وجود تخطيط وتنسيق مسبق بين الأب وابنه لإنهاء حياة الضحية بتلك الطريقة الوحشية، وهو ما تعمل الأجهزة الأمنية على كشف دوافعه الحقيقية. ولمنع أي محاولة للهروب أو طمس معالم الجريمة، أمر قاضي التحقيق المتعهد بالقضية بإصدار قرار فوري بحجز وإيقاف كل من الزوج والابن على ذمة التحقيقات الجارية. كما قرر القضاء التونسي اتخاذ إجراء فني لافت، بإصدار أمر بإخضاع نجل الضحية (وهو شاب في العقد الرابع من عمره) لكشف نفسي وعقلي دقيق من قبل لجنة طبية مختصة، لمعرفة مدى سلامة قواه العقلية وإدراكه وقت ارتكاب الجريمة البشعة التي هزت هدوء المدينة السياحية. In a horrific tragic crime that shook Tunisian society and combined elements of familial betrayal and mystery, security and judicial authorities in Tunisia have initiated intensive investigations with a man and his son on suspicion of their involvement in the stabbing murder of his "foreign" wife in the famous coastal city of Sousse. The shocking incident erupted after authorities found the wife, a foreign woman in her sixties, lifeless with multiple deep and severe stab wounds across her body, leading to her immediate death before any attempts to rescue her. The spokesperson for the Sousse Court of First Instance announced that the public prosecutor officially authorized the opening of an urgent and extensive judicial investigation against the father and son, and anyone else revealed by subsequent searches and inquiries, on a heavy and direct charge of "premeditated murder." Initial investigations indicate that there was prior planning and coordination between the father and son to end the victim's life in such a brutal manner, which security agencies are working to uncover the true motives behind. To prevent any attempts to escape or conceal the crime's features, the investigating judge in charge of the case issued an immediate order to detain both the husband and the son pending ongoing investigations. The Tunisian judiciary also decided to take a notable technical measure by issuing an order to subject the victim's son (a man in his forties) to a thorough psychological and mental examination by a specialized medical committee, to determine the soundness of his mental faculties and awareness at the time of committing the heinous crime that disturbed the tranquility of the tourist city.
