نظرت المحكمة المختصة في مصر، أمس، في البلاغ الذي تقدمت به الفنانة المصرية رحمة محسن، واتهمت من خلاله محاميًا بالسب والقذف والتشهير.
تعويض بـ 5 ملايين
وتقدم دفاع محسن بادعاء مدني ضد المحامي يطالب فيه بتعويض 5 ملايين جنيه عن الأضرار التي لحقت بها، فيما تقدم المحامي بادعاء مدني ضد رحمة محسن يطالب بتعويض 10 ملايين جنيه.
وقررت الجهات المختصة إحالة المحامي إلى المحاكمة بتهمة السب والقذف والتشهير برحمة محسن، عقب بلاغ رسمي قُدم ضده بشأن الواقعة.
سبٌّ وتشهير
وتقدمت محسن ببلاغ تتهم فيه أحد المحامين بالسب والقذف والتشهير بها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مطالبة باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وبدأت تفاصيل القضية عقب تلقي الأجهزة المختصة بلاغًا من إحدى المطربات الشعبيات، اتهمت خلاله محاميًا بارتكاب وقائع سب وقذف وتشهير بحقها.
وجرى تحرير المحضر اللازم بالواقعة، وبدأت الجهات المعنية اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بشأن البلاغ، إلى أن وصلت القضية إلى مرحلة المحاكمة.
The competent court in Egypt reviewed yesterday the complaint filed by the Egyptian artist Rahma Mohsen, in which she accused a lawyer of defamation, slander, and libel.
Compensation of 5 million
Mohsen's defense filed a civil claim against the lawyer, demanding compensation of 5 million Egyptian pounds for the damages she suffered, while the lawyer filed a civil claim against Rahma Mohsen, demanding 10 million Egyptian pounds in compensation.
