كشفت بيانات وزارة الطاقة الأمريكية عن تراجع مخزونات النفط الخام في الاحتياطي الإستراتيجي للولايات المتحدة بمقدار 3.7 مليون برميل خلال الأسبوع الماضي، لتصل إلى 307.7 مليون برميل، وهو أدنى مستوى لها منذ مارس 1983.
هبوط المخزونات
وأظهرت البيانات الصادرة اليوم أن الكميات المسحوبة الأسبوع الماضي تضمنت 2.2 مليون برميل من الخام الخفيف و1.6 مليون برميل من الخام الثقيل، ما أدى إلى انخفاض المخزونات دون مستوى 310 ملايين برميل لأول مرة منذ أكثر من أربعة عقود. وبلغ إجمالي السحب من الاحتياطي الإستراتيجي خلال يوليو 14.5 مليون برميل، بينما تجاوز إجمالي الكميات المفرج عنها 107.7 مليون برميل منذ بدء الإدارة الأمريكية عمليات السحب لتعويض نقص الإمدادات بسبب الحرب في الشرق الأوسط.

أظهرت بيانات سابقة من وزارة الطاقة الأمريكية، صادرة أوائل يوليو الجاري، تراجع مخزونات النفط الخام في الاحتياطي الإستراتيجي للولايات المتحدة بمقدار 6.2 مليون برميل لتصل إلى 319.5 مليون برميل، وهو أدنى مستوى لها منذ أبريل 1983. ويأتي هذا الانخفاض ضمن خطة السحب المنسق من الاحتياطيات الإستراتيجية للدول الأعضاء في وكالة الطاقة الدولية، التي تشمل إفراج واشنطن عن إجمالي 172 مليون برميل من النفط الخام.

Inventory Drop
The data released today showed that the quantities withdrawn last week included 2.2 million barrels of light crude and 1.6 million barrels of heavy crude, leading to a decrease in inventories below 310 million barrels for the first time in over four decades. The total withdrawal from the Strategic Reserve during July was 14.5 million barrels, while the total quantities released exceeded 107.7 million barrels since the U.S. administration began withdrawals to compensate for supply shortages due to the war in the Middle East.

Previous data from the U.S. Department of Energy, released in early July, indicated a decline in crude oil inventories in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve of the United States by 6.2 million barrels, bringing the total to 319.5 million barrels, the lowest level since April 1983. This decrease is part of a coordinated withdrawal plan from the strategic reserves of member countries of the International Energy Agency, which includes Washington's release of a total of 172 million barrels of crude oil.
