أثارت واقعة انتحال صفة طبيب تجميل موجة غضب واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر، بعدما تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية بوزارة الداخلية المصرية من ضبط شخص لإدارته عيادة تجميل غير مرخصة بمنطقة البساتين جنوب القاهرة، ونشره مقاطع مصورة خادشة للحياء لنساء أثناء إجراء حقن تجميلية.
فيديو يثير الجدل
وتفجرت القضية عقب تداول مقطع فيديو على نطاق واسع، ظهر فيه المتهم أثناء إجراء حقن «فيلر» لإحدى النساء في منطقة الصدر، مع تعمّد إظهار أجزاء حساسة من جسدها، إلى جانب مشاهد وُصفت بالمسيئة وغير الأخلاقية، اعتبرها متابعون انتهاكاً صارخاً لخصوصية المريضات وأخلاقيات المهنة الطبية.
بلاغات وتحرك قانوني
وعلى إثر انتشار الفيديو، تقدم عدد من المحامين، ببلاغات رسمية إلى النيابة العامة، اتهموا فيها المتهم بنشر محتوى مرئي مخالف للآداب العامة، وإفشاء أسرار المرضى، وانتهاك حرمة الحياة الخاصة.
لا يحمل أي مؤهل طبي
وكشفت التحقيقات الأولية أن المتهم حاصل على «ليسانس حقوق»، ولا يمتلك أي مؤهل طبي، وأنه كان ينتحل صفة طبيب تجميل ويروّج لنشاطه عبر نشر تلك المقاطع على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بهدف جذب الزبائن.
مداهمة وضبط
وعقب تقنين الإجراءات، داهمت قوات الأمن العيادة وألقت القبض على المتهم، ووُجهت إليه عدة اتهامات، من بينها انتحال صفة طبيب، إدارة منشأة طبية دون ترخيص، النصب والاحتيال على المواطنين، ونشر مواد خادشة للحياء العام.
وقررت جهات التحقيق تجديد حبسه على ذمة القضية، فيما أكدت مصادر بوزارة الصحة والسكان أنه غير مقيد بنقابة الأطباء، ولا يحق له قانوناً مزاولة أي نشاط طبي.
تحذير من العيادات الوهمية
وأعادت الواقعة تسليط الضوء على مخاطر انتشار العيادات غير المرخصة، وانتحال صفة الأطباء في مجال التجميل، خصوصاً مع استغلال بعض المتورطين لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لأنشطة غير قانونية تهدد سلامة المواطنين.

Raid and Arrest
After legal procedures were taken, security forces raided the clinic and arrested the accused, who faced several charges, including impersonating a doctor, operating a medical facility without a license, defrauding citizens, and publishing materials that violate public decency.
Investigative authorities decided to renew his detention pending the case, while sources from the Ministry of Health and Population confirmed that he is not registered with the Medical Syndicate and is legally prohibited from practicing any medical activity.
Warning Against Fake Clinics
The incident has once again highlighted the dangers of unlicensed clinics and the impersonation of doctors in the field of cosmetics, especially as some perpetrators exploit social media platforms to promote illegal activities that threaten the safety of citizens.
