أعلنت وزارة التجارة نمو تجارة الأنشطة التجارية في القطاعات الواعدة في رؤية المملكة 2030 خلال العام 2025، موضحةً أنه تم إصدار أكثر 486 ألف سجل تجاري للشركات والمؤسسات ليصل إجمالي السجلات القائمة إلى أكثر من 1.8 مليون سجل تجاري.
وكشفت الوزارة نمو السجلات التجارية المصدرة للشركات بنسبة 20% خلال العام 2025 بإصدار 192 ألف سجل تجاري للشركات مقارنة بالعام 2024، بينما شهدت الأنشطة في القطاعات الواعدة نموًا في إجمالي سجلاتها التجارية، وبلغت نسبة النمو في نشاط تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي 34% وبإجمالي 19.042 سجلًا تجاريًا، ونشاط تنظيم الرحلات السياحية بنسبة نمو 31% بإجمالي 10.665 سجلًا تجاريًا.
29 % نمو لتقنيات الواقع
وسجل نشاط تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والمعزز نموًا بنسبة 29% وبإجمالي 11.725 سجلًا تجاريًا، ونشاط الأمن السيبراني بنسبة 27% وبإجمالي 9.766 سجلًا تجاريًا، ونشاط صناعة الألعاب الإلكترونية بنسبة 27% وبإجمالي 841 سجلًا تجاريًا.
وشهد نشاط تشغيل محطات شحن المركبات نسبة نمو بلغت 26% وبإجمالي 4.313 سجلًا تجاريًا، ونمت أنشطة مدن التسلية والألعاب بنسبة 20% وبإجمالي 8.376 سجلًا تجاريًا، كما سجل قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية نسبة نمو قدرها 9% بإجمالي 43.854 سجلًا تجاريًا.
ضبط 10 ملايين منتج مغشوش
نفذت الفرق الرقابية لوزارة التجارة أكثر من 539 ألف زيارة تفتيشية على المنشآت التجارية في جميع مناطق المملكة، وأكثر من 25 ألف زيارة تفتيشية للمتاجر الإلكترونية خلال العام 2025.
وأسفرت نتائج حملات الوزارة الرقابية خلال العام 2025 عن ضبط أكثر من 10 ملايين منتج مغشوش، وعالجت الوزارة أكثر من 647 ألف بلاغ تجاري، شكلت بلاغات المتاجر الإلكترونية النسبة الأكبر منها بنسبة 41%، تلتها بلاغات الخلافات التعاقدية المرتبطة بأنظمة حماية المستهلك بنسبة 11% وشكاوى الاستبدال والاسترجاع بنسبة 6%.
إطلاق 3 تقييمات
وشهد العام 2025، إطلاق «التجارة» ثلاثة تقييمات تستهدف رفع أداء الوكلاء والموزعين والمتاجر الإلكترونية، شملت 24 وكيلًا للسيارات، و23 موزعًا للأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، و100 متجر إلكتروني.
وأصدرت الوزارة خلال الفترة نفسها، أكثر من 18 ألف ترخيص تخفيضات شملت أكثر من 42 مليون منتج، ونشرت 41 حكم تشهير بجرائم التستر والغش التجاري تطبيقًا للأنظمة.

The monitoring teams of the Ministry of Commerce conducted more than 539,000 inspection visits to commercial establishments across all regions of the Kingdom, along with over 25,000 inspection visits to online stores during the year 2025.
